Rating this Subway one star because of their ridiculous policy. I ordered an Italian BMT and asked them to hold the pepperoni because I don't like it. Do you believe the person making the sandwich said she would have to CHARGE ME MORE because it was a specialized sandwich. Seriously???? In what world is this Subway living in? So I am saving them money because I would just throw the pepperoni away and they are going to charge me more because I am trying to save them money. You have got to be kidding me. Will never be back. You lost 3 customers which may be no big deal right now, but if you keep treating customers poorly, you won't have a business.

Manager Lola is so rude my daughter and I came in @8pm and she was pissed that we came in that late. Charging extra for just 1 piece of turkey which is 2.80$ they normally ring me up for a blt cause all I wanted was a few slices of bacon and 1 piece of turkey on a 6 inch. Did not greet us and was just a nasty human. Will not come back.

Did a mobile pickup order tonight. Got to work and they messed up two of our subs. Called in to explain what happened, to which the young man (Eli) acknowledged the subs were messed up but had to call manager (Lola) to see if he was allowed to fix it. Eli then let us know that he isn’t allowed to make our subs the correct way because “it left the store” . So am I supposed to unwrap 5 subs and make sure they’re correct before leaving? Asked Eli if I could speak to a manger, to which he responded that no manager was on duty tonight. I think it’s bullshit that these young men admit they messed our order up, but won’t do anything to fix it. Poor customer service, and super strange a manager wasn’t in the building 1hr before close?

Walked in to order sandwiches. 3 people are working. A lady supervising and 2 young men at the counter. The supervisor appears to be working on something and one young man ask what I would like. I started giving him my order when the supervisor interrupted him and told him he needed to do an online order because it has printed out before I had walked to the counter. fine. Sure. I can live with that. But then the second young man tried to help me afterwards and she told him he couldn't and that he needed to help the other young man with the same ticket he was working on.
That was actually not okay. You don't need two people to work on one order. She was just playing games at that point and I wasn't interested. I went in there with the intention of ordering 6 footlong sandwiches but because she heard how large my order was she was deliberately delaying assistance with my order. I understand being short staffed in a restaurant I have been there but I can not imagine any circumstance where I would have seen two people working on 1 ticket. That is poor management. I do not blame the young men working because they were just following orders but this was just totally not cool. I got the message you did not want my business that's cool and fine I just won't go anymore. I used to go there once every other week just to order a couple sandwiches and every time it's always a hassle but it's this time just felt really icky to me and that was kinda it. I'll never go here again mission accomplished

I went into Subway this afternoon to have lunch with my mom. Apparently, Lola who made my sandwich today couldn’t be bothered at work to be kind, communicate clearly or hand an order over politely. Firstly she was upset when I asked the different kinds of bread, next she toasted my sub after I asked her not to, then she piled the vegetables on in a literal pile. Not kindly assembled. At this point I can tell she’s treating ME poorly on purpose. I was a Sandwich Artist at one time, and her behavior/attitude was extremely RUDE. She Shoved the sandwich across the counter and couldn’t even look me in the eyes as she vaguely mumbled “haveavhhdcbday.” That’s how you treat customers -as a manager?! Cool. I won’t be back. Message received Lola. Hope you get mine too!

We all have choices on where we order our food from and tonight I ordered from a Subway close to me(71&95 by the freeway next to the gas station) and they have completely lost my business to this Subway in Mount Gilead, it's 5 minutes longer but, the food and customer service is 10 Star in my book. Ladies, thank you for listening to my complaint and fixing my family's subs and getting a new devoted customer.

Ordered a sub last night on mobile app and got home it was completely wrong. Called to ask for it to be replaced. Was told that they don’t replace subs now with a new owners!???? I will never go there again! So everyone knows there is one on 95 near 71 exist That is much better and we normally go to that one, but this one was open later, so we chose this one last night. We always have issues with this one. Lesson learned. Terrible Business ethic and terrible new owners always out of something.other subways better if you ask me. ??

This location is the best Subway that I have been to. The staff are always friendly and happy to see everyone who walks in the store. You can tell that you are getting FRESH bread every day there. There is no day old hold overs being passed off as today's bread. The store is clean and quiet, a perfect place for a break.

Didn't see a way to fill out a survey or leave a review from my receipt. But wanted to point out that even being very busy, how nice the ladies working here are. I came in on my break and ordered 2 subs, all 3 ladies on shift were all very nice. I just wanted to give them a shout out and tell them that they are doing a great job and to keep shining 💓
