Outstanding customer interaction the guy is a New York fella and he has the best customer service spirit in tact great job on the suggestion of the things to try a he sets the atmosphere. The guy in the kitchen I didn’t interact with him but I can see that he takes pride in his work his demeanor was noticeable as he brought his wares up to be bagged and sent out to his customers. Kudos to the team that they have I was there for the lunch special. 👏🏽

This was my first time trying Sam’s Fish & Chicken and I was very pleased. The service was good and the food was even better! The grease was good and fresh which is the key to good tasting fried foods. The seasoning was on point, not too much and not too little. I will be a devoted customer, please don’t change what you all are doing! Thank you for great service.

This restaurant and the manager who refused to change my order from the 6 wings and fry to a lunch special was not even compassionate although I don’t eat here all the time.. he told me the manager was out of the country. He changed the order at the last the minute .
