Why in the world does BR open at 6am but then why close at 8pm?? That is so completely backwards- especially in the summer time and still light out around 9pm…. 🤷🏼♀️

Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a cake online and received a call from the store informing me they can't make the cake because they don't have the right ingredients. If this was the case, why was I able to even order it after choosing my location, I mean what's the point in choosing my location before I order anyway. Then when I try to cancel my order, I'm told I have to call the customer service number from the website or come in person (which is a 30 minute drive for me) because they can't do refunds from online orders over the phone. Then I call customer service and they can't cancel the pending charge on my card, only give me a refund in 2 to 3 days. Absolutely ridiculous.

I hadn't been to a Baskin Robbins in more than 2 decades! The place was great all around. Staff, facility, flavors, options....

Rude employees, stood there for ever to get service, then was told to go to the register to order ,and then asked rudely what we wanted and ignored . Needless to say we left will not stop there no more ...
