The food was nice, the service was helpful. The staff did use spray bottles while cleaning the table next to us. They sprayed the table instead of the rags so we could taste the cleaning supplies. The booths are comfortable, and our table was clean. The biggest issue I found was that none of the tables have napkins readily available. Most people don't want to have to ask for napkins when they order wings or ribs, or even appetizers. They should be on the table.
Great atmosphere. Good food. Perfectly clean. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Plus, all the servingware was quality, and some of it branded, so nothing detracted from the experience by shouting Restaurant Surplus Outlet ? I especially loved the custom drinkware — great feel ?

Used to visit 2 times a week. Last visit we were told ordering a 3rd that they may cut us off or offer coaching. Really? Waitress was new. Bartender was waiting tables. Guess we was a bother to them. Guess we won't anymore. It was our favorite place. There was no misunderstanding. Bartender was frustrated and waitress inexperienced. Been going there for years and NEVER had any problems. An apology instead of excuses would be nice
