Ordered a large supreme pizza and ask on the phone if I could sub the green peppers for black olives and store said yes, so I get there 20 minutes later pizza was ready and guess what no Black Olivers! So I asked the manager is there any olives on this pizza he said no and he could heat some up for me to take! WTF no I wanted them cooked on the pizza, so I told him first time last time! This is horrible customer service, I also told him the call taker was told I wanted to sub the green peppers for olives but the manager said they dont sub! well as I told him someone needs to tell this call taker and I would have bought my pizza elsewhere! Typical service you get from a business that doesn't give a crap about there customers oh what I no longer going to be one! B. Moore

Domino’s Mt. Orab — is this really how you treat a customer coming home from a medical appointment? An elderly woman called ahead and was told her pizza would be $9.99. When she arrived, the cashier told her it was $16 because she hadn’t ordered online — then dismissed her when she explained she doesn’t have a smartphone. She left feeling embarrassed and taken advantage of. That’s not policy — that’s poor judgment and worse customer service. Shame on this location. If others have had similar experiences here, speak up. Businesses don’t change unless communities hold them accountable!

So I gave one star and honestly it doesn’t even deserve that, the pizza which I order the same pizza everytime and the last few times that I was hoping they’d get the order right , because they use to do an awesome job but I won’t be ordering from here anymore, because 3 xs they have messed my order up and I should of new better, this dominos sucks anymore
The employees were friendly and helpful. The order was made correctly and tasted very good 😊

I love steak hoagies, but every time somebody wants to order from here, I beg them not to burn the bread. Usually, I throw away the bottom part of the hoagie it is just burnt makes no sense.

The drive Jaromy was the only driver and even with that he was still on tim and had a good attitude and this was actually the first time that I got my entire order including the extras 🙂👍 I hope I just hope he gets the recognition that he deserves
