If your using the app, and your order says it's ready, give it another 5-10 minutes before you pick up. It's never ready when the app says it is. But other than that always good service and always friendly.

After seeing many commercials on local television I asked about getting the 2 large pizzas , 2 sides and a 2 liter for $19.99 and the lady at the store knew nothing about this and would not honor this deal. Ordering elsewhere today.

I ordered pizza ,salad, tots and wings . it took 1hr and 35 min to get order ok I get you might be busy . but my food arrived cold . the toppings were not all there . my salad looked as if it had been frozen and was wilted and watery . the cheese on the tots were burnt . I didn't call and complain as it was already 840 at night by the time I received the food . there is a reason I guess I haven't ordered from here in years . Will be the last

Easy, and decent coupons, but I dislike that they send Me coupons that are only good for 1 week. And last time they couldn't use my coupons Said I could use it next time... NOPE. Pros an Cons. I order a lot and for $50 or more where is my piece of the pie man??

I ordered a couple of things a sandwich, specialty chicken, a bread bowl, and a cheesy bacon ranch loaded tot. Most of the stuff was ok if not cooked a little too long or too fast on high heat. But the tots had no ranch on it and the cheese and tots were burnt making it inedible. Wasting $7
