I was trying to order a brown sugar cookie oat iced CHAI latte and I was given a regular Iced latte with brown sugar syrup…. I also ordered a regular chai latte and thankfully that was correct. Disappointed. And can’t forget that there’s mostly ice in both drinks so neither of them were really a medium sized drink.

The mt orab location sucks...Service was slow...noone else in line..so they wasn't busy ..got my food home the wraps was 80% burnt not even edible very disappointed

Very fast paced, quick and friendly service. My breakfast choice is the bacon, egg and cheese croissant, a must try if you haven't. The coffee is something that needs work, most of the time it's either warm, cold or watered down. The drive thru is quick. Today I purchased a Watermelon-Kiwi on Lemonade drink...IT ROCKS!!! Everyone should try this drink!

My absolute favorite place to get breakfast (even if I get breakfast for dinner!) It gets pretty busy, so I usually order ahead on the app, but even if I don't, it's worth the wait! I've had donuts, breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and coffee from here. My favorite is the egg and cheese sandwich on an english muffin to eat, and an iced cappuccino with mocha and raspberry to drink. The prices are still reasonable and I'm never disappointed.

When I ordering food the guy was shaking his head and interrupted me and said “ no, you can’t have that. Not sure if you noticed the sign, but our oven isn’t working”. It was very rude of him to say that. He could have just said “ I’m sorry, but our oven isn’t working”. I continued my order and asked for chocolate munchkins. I noticed he was putting the plan glazed ones in the box. I told him nicely that I asked for the chocolate ones. He got an attitude and just threw away the plan ones. He could of simply just put them back since he had gloves on, or he could of been nice and just gave them to me since he’s the one that messed it up and was rude to me earlier. It’s going to be awhile until I go back and it’s sad because I love taking my daughter there in the mornings on Saturdays, but I don’t mind driving further to get better service. I also had a manager do the exact same thing where she gave me the wrong donuts and got an attitude about it and threw them away. Needless to say when I left I looked at the door and I didn’t see any sign about the ovens not working.
