Every time I’ve visited for the past month in the drive through only behind 3-5 cars I sit and wait for 20+ minutes. Got to the point today I ordered and left the line after waiting over 20 minutes. Not sure what they’re doing in there but it’s certainly not their job. Dunkin in mount orab needs to get it together and a manager needs to be present to watch these kids and what they’re doing or the manager in charge needs fired. Would give zero stars if I could.

The drive-thru was 15 cars deep and the inside is closed “due to unforeseen circumstances” it would have been nice to be able to at least walk in and order even if the dining room is closed. And this wasn’t just a today thing because the sign on the door was older and worn out looking. This is our first and probably last stop at this location. From previous reviews it seems this is a long standing issue. Maybe a Biggby or Dutch Bros would do well in the area.

I would have recommended dunkin to anyone now that the new owners raised the price on the coffee and made it to where you have to use more points to get a free cup it's 950 now it was 500 that's two cups worth of points and I dont any more points on the dollar it's bad enough that they go through workers so fast the dont know how to make the coffee you ordered anyway. looks like im going to have to find some other place to get my coffee, and the bad part is I get two cups of coffee 2 times a day and snackin bacon but that 20 to 40 bucks a day will go some places cheaper now...

Well to start with my coffee is made wrong about half the time. Now you raise the prices on the coffee, then you raise the price on the points to get the coffee. I mean, I went to Dunkin because it's cheaper than Starbucks now. You're turned into Starbucks. I don't think I'm gonna drink your coffee anymore. It's caused to me too much money in a waste of the points. Maybe 1 day you guys are gonna get it right. Very unsatisfied, customer.
