My order was messed up twice first time the lady gave me the wrong order n almost charged me for 3 orders I told her nicely she got it wrong n she got mad and when she fix my order n charged me she gave my my order but not my drinks or my credit card when I asked her for it she seem very bothered. You guys should get workers who can listen and not get rude at customers when it’s they’re fault

I ordered through the mobile app and went inside and they were super busy and behind on orders. Although they were really busy, The very kind lady who helped me with my order went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The customer service was amazing and they were overall trying their best. Thank you, the food was great! :) the girl working the front and drive through was great at multitasking as well!

Food is crap! Went there tonight. They give you a biscuit the size of a tea cookie. KFC has went down hill. The quality just sucks now days no matter what location you go to it's bad. I miss what they use tp be! I'll skip it and go to Lee's from now on.

I don't typically eat fast food but I stopped in after work to grab supper. They were not busy. The dining area is clean. It was a little slow on service but everyone was very nice. The pot pie was very good. And the apple pie bites were so flaky and good. Not too Sweet. I will definitely return for this meal again.

It was my brother's birthday and we ordered the 12 pc strips and would u believe I only got 11.Guess the guy behind the counter couldn't count that high. So when u order a bucket at Kentucky fried chicken u better make sure u have it all. Besides that there very small pieces. I'm saying less than a inch. On top of all that I look at the receipt today and he charged us 52dollars and the receipt said 49 no tax. Now tell me ,I don't think KFC had tax but he did.
They handed my food out the window to the wrong person, they took it back (keep in mind this person wasn’t at the window the whole time) and handed me that bag and refused to re make my food… as if I wanna eat something someone’s opened and looked through and probably touched. You must be out of your mind, that’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. To the manager who wouldn’t remake my food how tf did you get promoted

Got here Saturday at 8:45 waited 10 min to place an order we were the only ones here drive through had two cars. They close at 10 but the girl working locked the doors at 8:55 just as two cars had pulled in. Not sure why only 4 or 5 car went through the drive through as we ate one car had pulled around and ate in the parking lot. Food was ok this place is always FREEZING it was only 73 outside and the doors were fogged up it was so cold
