put an online order in 10-20 mins beforehand and when i got to the store just 3 mins before they were closing they said they could not make it because they were closing. i work at a mcdonald’s myself and have never ever told a customer we couldn’t make their online order because we were closing. this person should be fired and i will be contacting the store manager as well as the area coach.

It's very strange when I walk into this McDonald's because the staff look like they actually hate your guts, and believe me, I'm sure they do, but it is rude to show it to just strangers. Especially since they are around younger ages and act like clowns in the back, screaming, and cursing. Plus the food makes me sick when I eat it and the restaurant is usually pretty dirty too.

Employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. No receipt given. Total waste of time and money as my order was wrong. Wasn't going to bother them to fix it as it should be straightforward enough the first time. Its just iced coffee....quantity and quality is lacking.

Slowest McDonalds ever! Please remove “FAST” from this being considered “fast food”. Typical drive through line starts in the intersection, and disrupts traffic. If there is an award for worst reviewed McDonalds, they would win!

The Traveler
Used to be the best McDonald’s in the area. The woman at the window told us to pull to a spot to wait because there was already someone that had pulled up to wait. We went. We observed as the car that had pulled up received the wrong order and went in to exchange the bag. As we waited another car pulled in next to us and received their food almost immediately. The woman giving that car their food angrily asked if we were waiting for something. We said yes. As she walked back into the building, a woman holding a small dachshund that did not have a service vest on was walking alongside her. She spoke with the woman with the dog and seemed happy about it. We waited and saw the dog woman return with food, which is in fact illegal in the state of Ohio (they have to be on the patio, but can’t be inside). We finally went in for our food and learned they gave it all to the car that had pulled up. After finally receiving our bag, most of our order was missing and we went back in to get the rest. After going in twice, we decided it was not worth it to get the sauce we ordered. The fries were ice cold. This is a terrible McDonald’s.

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in. There were dead insects on the windows, tables were left dirty, and unless you're doing drive-through, you'll wait for the food for so long that you think you messed up placing the order. I would have said something, but it looked and sounded like the manager really didn't care. Also, if your restaurant is empty, WE CAN HEAR YOU... sound travels. Maybe talk about certain topics somewhere else.
