1st issue. No ice in self service. Manager Nicole handed us cups, we told her there's no ice. She yelled..oh my God!!!!!!!.. someone else gave us ice she was nice.
2nd. Same manager assisted an elderly gentleman who wanted to place a front counter order.. she didn't hear what he ordered and yelled..Whaaaat!!!! Like she was mad. I felt so bad for that man. If Nicole hates her job, get a different one. She doesn't need to work with customers. She's very unprofessional.
