Raw dough on a pizza is not the worst thing in the world. Having a heated conversation with a horrible manager is priceless. Please get this guy some vacation time and a raise so he can maybe be more friendly. Its just a pizza! My guy Shaq would be disappointed! Lets be better....

Ordered online under the “$9.99 ANY TOPPINGS” promotion. I selected stuffed crust and knowingly paid the $4 upgrade (making it $14.99), which is clearly disclosed.
However, when a topping was adjusted, the system silently reverted the pizza back to original crust without reverting the price. That means I was charged more than $9.99 for an original crust pizza during an “any toppings” promo with no disclosed topping limits.
When I asked the store to simply remake the pizza, the employee refused.
Either I paid for stuffed crust and didn’t receive it, or I was overcharged for an original crust pizza under a misleading promotion. There is no version of this where the charge is acceptable.
I’ve never had an issue with them until tonight. My food was just delivered like this….

Most people don’t know Mount Orab has a Papa John’s because it’s mainly hidden by the park. It still has some pretty good pizza though and some nice employees.

Had a terrible experience tonight, went in and got my 3 orders that were made and felt so unwelcome, asked for Parmesan cheese and was told I would have to wait she was doing the front and back, and just walked off and made me wait another 15 minutes while there was nobody in the store waiting. I’m very upset and thinking about not giving this location my business anymore.

OK, ok, ok. First time I’ve ordered from Papa John’s maybe second time I don’t know 30 minutes before they close. I know a little late but who cares tell me it’s gonna be 45 minutes before my pizza gets here OK OK I get it. It’s busy night Giovanni‘s is closed. LaRosa’s possibly closed. Domino’s is open, but I thought Papa John had better toppings. Once I get the pizza, I’ll come back and let you know what I think of the pizza. Omg, maybe he meant 1045, at my house in 23 minutes and the pizza is delicious. Five stars. Winner winner, chicken dinner or maybe winner winner pizza dinner
Food is great. Employees not so much. Over an hour wait on a Thursday for 1 pizza was a bit much when there was Noone there? I asked how much longer it would be since they would be closing soon and the "manager" said well did you place an order... uh yeah over an hour ago lady. She then didn't know where it was then magically appeared and was being delivered? Poor management but great employees that are cooking and delivering. Please take these comments seriously owner's! Your employers are great! Your managers are awful
