Food and service was great. The problem was with the app. It told me to pick up my order inside. The inside was closed. I called and was told my order could be picked up in the drive thru. Then I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line. App needs updated.
With this crazy time we’re in, a little better signage for the drive thru would be nice, but after figuring out the right lane to be in, the gentleman who worked the window today, November 10 around noon was the most helpful, kind and PATIENT person I have dealt with in a long time! He took our order, answered questions and got our order 100% correct with a short wait time. All the food was delicious. Thank you Subway for a great experience. We will be back ?
