They screwed up our order and when I tried to call the number was continuously busy. So since this restaurant can't get their orders right maybe it's time the health department gets involved. Hmm no hair nets or beard nets. Just saying one of the worst Taco Bell restaurants I've eaten at. Definitely calling the board of health over this.

4-5-25 9:21p.m. Pulled up to the drive through speaker and sit there for at least 9 to 10 minutes, no one answered. So I backed up and went inside. The girl that was running drive through was sitting in her car outside of the entry door and after I went in about two minutes later, she walked inside and went in the back. Then of course, nobody takes your order in there.You have to use the kiosk. So after doing that, I finally get my order, but the employees there act like, they don't care about the customers at all and are very rude. Whoever owns this taco bell, or whoever the manager is needs to have a talk with these employees, this taco bell just lost the customer for good tonight. Then there was an old lady sitting in a chair in front of the kiosk, placing her order. And she really needed a lot of help but no one would come out and help her.She even ask for help, and they would not come out, and I myself not very good on those things, but I helped her, how I could the best, again, just a shame how those employees are, at least the ones that was on that shift.

I got 4 tacos. I got home and the taco shells tasted rancid. Like when oil goes bad. Absolutely the worst taste. Maybe shells past expiration date. I reported to Brown county health department.
We placed order online and still ended up waiting on drive thru to pick up for about 30min just to end up with cold fries and all tacos with little to no meat. Charged for supreme never got it. Not very pleased and they don't answer the phones.
This taco bell is 1/4 for getting my order right. 2 of the 4 times I've ordered from this location I've gotten cinnamon twist with barely any cinnamon or sugar, they taste like burnt Fryer oil.
On my most recent order I only received 2 chips and cheese. I guess it's technically (chips), how does this even happen?

Horrible. Inside is kiosk only. They dont tell you that its kiosk , while they stand there and ignore you. Every order was messed up. People come and then leave because of no service. Counted 8 people in the back but no service to customers.

Workers were not taking orders on front counter or telling costumers that it was kiosk only. We watched 3 costumers walk out because of this. It took 5-10 minutes to be told that they do kiosk only. I also watched 2 people have something on their order messed up that needed fixed.
Get the orders from the kiosk right or start taking orders from the counter. It’s called a job for a reason
