Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and everything like a.cheeseburger. Lettuce tomato mayo, pickles, ketchup. I received a chicken sandwich with ketchup and onions. Didn't know it was that difficult, especially when I'm the only one in line. Waste of almost 13 dollars. Nice job!!! Another unhappy customer

The Mt. Orab Wendy’s team clearly takes pride in their work and community. Drive-thru orders are fast and accurate, and the inside dining area is kept spotless. It’s the kind of place that reflects the hardworking spirit and kindness Mt. Orab is known for.

I used points to get frosty there machine was down. I get that what I dont get is loosing my points not getting offered the other options I had. Just no ice cream screw off basically all I got. Not happy at all.

This location does a good job I have been in to eat before nice clean modern atmosphere. But I frequently use the drive through. They do a great job on order accuracy and they are pretty quick.

Went through the drive thru tonight around eight and the fries and food were disappointing. The fries were all old and I had to go back in not once but twice to have them replaced. For as many crew members as we're on the clock the store was a mess and the fry warmer had at least two whole baskets of fries in it with another four or five medium fries already sitting there waiting on orders to put them in. The place was a mess and another customer had to literally ask for ice from the back and when he went to get soda it was flat. As a customer who has twenty years resteraunt experience and management at high levels I was baffled at the service and the lack of care from majority of the crew.. very disappointed and makes me remember why I eat at home most of the time.
Best fast food franchise in my opinion, I would rather eat Wendy's over McDonald's, Burger King, or Taco Bell!

Really busy, understaffed, alot of drinks were out. But friendly , restrooms needed attention. But to be fair, they have alot of construction workers come in every day. I still go there because it is so convenient.

Typical Fast foo but the service for breakfast was fast and didnt memss it up. Sandwich maker acts like they are the one that pays for the supplys with their wendys paycheck's though, 3/4 piece of bacon spec of what ever the swiss stuff is on the swiss croissant. Not the first time either thats happened at breakfast.
