Really busy, understaffed, alot of drinks were out. But friendly , restrooms needed attention. But to be fair, they have alot of construction workers come in every day. I still go there because it is so convenient.

Typical Fast foo but the service for breakfast was fast and didnt memss it up. Sandwich maker acts like they are the one that pays for the supplys with their wendys paycheck's though, 3/4 piece of bacon spec of what ever the swiss stuff is on the swiss croissant. Not the first time either thats happened at breakfast.

been there multiple times now at normal meal hours and they are out of baked potatoes. seems very simple to me, make some darn potatoes! you serve one to someone, you put another one in. geez!!! getting to be outrageous.

Absolutely terrible service. I never leave one stars but this is ridiculous. Fast food is already a failing industry but the cashier was strung out and just looked at us without asking what we wanted. After we ordered we stated it was to go and she put it on a tray. She provided us large cups when we only asked for the sandwiches and small fries that we were charged for. We stated it was to go and she dumped the fries in the bag and set it in front of us and when we asked why we were charged she walked away.
There was poop on the floor in the bathroom. Literally poop trailing out from the stall to the sink.
The pop machine was coveredddddd in debris and almost all drinks were out of order.
When we asked them if our food was all in the bag she looked at us and then walked away a second time.
None of the staff were wearing gloves and all had long hair without nets or being tied up in which i found hair in my food after getting in the car.
The counters were sticky and the music in the kitchen was so loud you could hear it from anywhere in the dining room and it was a personal stereo not the one they usually play in the dining room for everyone.
Order two chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets both of the chicken sandwiches were not done mask my stomach up pretty bad try to call up there the number was disconnected

I was charged for a salad i didn't order. The manager on duty today 6/16/25 10:00 pm refused to give me a refund when they added a $9 salad to my bill that i didnt order. Claims people make mistakes but wouldnt give me my money back. Thats theft!
