Kind of a stinker. If you can get Wendy’s delivered….just do that. It was the only place to eat at the lodge on a Monday evening. Against my better judgement I brought my two young kids to eat there instead of taking it to go back to the room. I peaked in first to make sure it wasn’t too crowded, such that it would be slow. There was only one other couple seated. My father, the kids and I waited 10 minutes to get to our lake view table. The view is awesome (best part). Unfortunately there was a fly on the inside of the window which was an annoying bummer. The waitress was physically handicapped but trying her best. Overall spent $75 (still tipped!) for two mid level burgers, Cooked Kraft Mac and cheese, and burnt chicken fingers. The full experience took an hour and a half.

My husband and I stayed at the lodge for a weekend away and we went to dinner at Rafter's and absolutely loved it. Beautiful views, good service, and even better food! Their appetizers are the bomb and we loved the selection on the menu. We did make a reservation, which I do recommend especially on weekends, and we were seated right away. We will definitely go for dinner here next time we stay at the lodge!

Maybe it's because we came in the middle of the week... but the food is pretty mediocre (especially the reheated mashed potatoes) and seriously overpriced. Our butter containers had old food on them like they were picked off someone elses plate and reused. Unfortunately, there are no other restaurants around.

On our 4th night of camping our family and I had dinner at the lodge, not busy being a Tuesday night in April but the service was good and the food was absolutely amazing. Had a lodge burger and it was the best burger I’ve had in years.

Food is okay. It wasn’t busy at all, but the service was slow anyway.

Luna our server did a great job. Beautiful view of the lake from the dinning room. Food was good, but expensive...and our portions were on the small-side.

Waitress was terrible. Did not refill our drinks and we sat with empty glasses for the whole meal. She was walked past us twice after we finished eating. Never dropped off the check, and then rolled her eyes at my wife when she finally asked for it.

On top of all that, both of our burgers were burnt and gross, and the side of fries consisted of maybe 12 fries a piece. And our check ended up being $60. Definitely do not recommend eating here

Met with a group of 12, for a Christmas lunch.
Several people ordered the large salad with blue cheese, cranberries, and grilled chicken. It was delicious! Elizabeth was our server and she did a fantastic job too!

Was staying at the lodge and decided to eat at the restaurant. At 530 we put our name in for dinner. We were sat ar 730. 20 mins for a server to get drinks. Dinner showed up over an hour later. Never saw our server for refills. Food was terrible and soooo expensive. $17 for a small chopped up bowl of "pork belly". Ridiculous. I asked for the check and it took 15 minutes to get. We are the only ones in here! Would recommend NOT going here for dinner! We're sitting here at 920 thinking about putting our order in for breakfast.

Waited 20 minutes for an appetizer and a salad, only to be told that the entree I ordered was not available. The cook couldn't have told the waitress about the entree when she entered the ticket? They waited to tell her till after they had prepared my husband's meal. The waitress told us they were having trouble keeping staff. No wonder. They're setting them up to fail. I ate the appetizer and we left. We won't be back. If items aren't available, cross them off the menu. Pretty pathetic guys, do better.

Can I give ZERO stars? Service sucks! This could be such a great place for the lodge so it’s sad that it’s not . Hire a new restaurant manager and get rid of that horribly rude bartender. Any good restaurant worker could run laps around these people.

My wife and I ate breakfast with another couple this morning. The food and service were great, and the view was quite pleasant.
