I want the best for this place, and I know the owner has her heart in it, but one of the bartenders rubs me wrong every time I’m there. One time my husband asked for a bourbon recommendation and she demonstrated her complete lack of knowledge by basically reading the menu to him. She didn’t know any characteristics about any of them. Why not have a card with tasting notes about some featured whiskeys? Another time we went for a wine tasting and ordered food ahead of time as instructed. She completely ignored us when we came in, and when I finally got her attention and asked about our food, her response was “You needed to tell me.” Then acknowledge your customers! The next lovely interaction was when I asked for a bottle of wine and she said they didn’t have it. I walked over to the wine display and said “It’s right here.” Know your inventory! My last visit there was lovely as the owner was behind the bar and was perfectly pleasant to talk to. I hope she has a chat with her bartender about stepping up her customer service.

My wife and I stopped here while out on a two-person "crawl" through the local bar scene. Obviously more "upscale" than the other establishments, they have both wonderful presentation and availability for the namesake, as well as several mixed options and various breads and charcuterie options so you can drink in the experience. Laura was wonderful for conversation, and we can't wait to stop by again.

I really enjoy the design and décor of this establishment. Stacey is an outstanding owner/manager. The food and drinks are wonderful and the service is outstanding.
