The Best Wedding BBQ. Carlos and his team did an amazing job catering our wedding and even expedited service since cocktail hour got cut short. The best ribs and brisket I've had, rave reviews on the chicken, amazing mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. we had leftovers and they were phenomenal. If you need bvq catering 20/10 reccomend. Fantastic communication, amazing food and stellar service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommend trying their food if you get the chance, it’s delicious. They were offering a special with 2 meats & 2 sides for a great price, we were able to share it & try several different items. Fast service, fresh & delicious food (highly recommend the ribs, coleslaw, ask to add bbq sauce on the pulled pork if you can, the baked beans are great too!!:) Everything was freshly prepared, tasted homemade & the sausages looked so good too!! Hope to see them...
I just had Big Pappy’s sausage (is that kielbasa?) sandwich at MV Arts festival and I’m going to tell you that’s all I wanted to eat. Sausage was grilled just right crispy on the edges but tender, juicy and flavorful on the inside. A little mustard and cheese, I would love to add chopped onion next time DANG it was good. I will be looking for you again.
