If I could give negative stars I would. I grew up eating here and over the years it went to poo. Me and my finance ate there for dinner. His corn was mushy and his fries tasted like they were made 2 days ago in burnt nasty oil. My mash potatoes and gravy were old and cold. When I called in to talk to a manager I was told that I should have told a manager that night about the poor quality but we had to wait 10+mins for drink refills and our server barely came to check on us (she only had 5 tables including us). All I have to say is don’t go here. It sucks. Food is crap

Not enough help, as usual. Long waiting line. The bench out front is peeling and looks like it's ready to collapse. Definitely not up to Bob Evans standards. Whenever I think they have their problems ironed out and try it again, I end up feeling snowflakish and mistaken.

The food is always good, the service is always great. The atmosphere is ok. The problem is that it always takes forever to get your food, but they don't seem to be busy enough for that. Guessing but they seem to be under staffed

They have great food but when we got there on january 19 2025 and when we got there thr floor was messy and when i went to the bathroom it was filthy and drugs on the floor.
Kid-friendliness: Good and when you get pancakes of any on kids menu you get extra syrup.
Wheelchair accessibility: Theres lots of parking spots for people on a wheel chair

Ordered a Thanksgiving meal. Took them 30 minutes to find me in the parking lot. Got all the way back to fredericktown and found that they didn't give us green beans or turkey. Emailed the address on their carry out promise and never received a response. Will never bring my business to this place again!

Good food, but placed an online order, arrived when my order was supposed to be ready waited an additional 20 minutes for my food. When I finally received my order everything was cold. Had to reheat at home. From the time I placed my order and received it, it took 45 minutes, the restaurant was not busy so they can't blame the wait on that.

Waited 15 min past time. My salad wasn't even started then a server tried to make it and didn't look at the instructions to not put BBQ on salad. I asked for my money back the Manager was very rude didn't know why I was upset. I told him I watched him through the window for 15 minutes making pies not even working on my salad. He said I wasn't the only customer and then wanted to only give me partial refund. I'm so done with this Bob Evan's I always have to wait longer and then food is wrong and they don't want to give you refund. I left with no food for dinner 40 minutes later.

I would say i probably had one of the worst restaraunt visits I've ever experienced, just about twenty minutes ago. My wife, two boys, and I were seated after about a ten minute wait which is no big deal assuming that the hosts are ready for you when they seat you. First we were given a highchair for my two year old that had 3 Allen head screws backed almost completely out of it. No big deal, I screwed them back in with my knife but still the hostess should have noticed it clattering like a rope bridge when she picked it up. Over-all I'm most disappointed in the waitress we had. We waited fifteen minutes before she arrived at the table and then an entire hour before our food was served. My drink was empty when she gave us our order and remained that way until we left. I'm not the most outspoken about these kinds of things and I can understand short staff situations and things of that nature but no explanation or apologetics were offered. We simply waited for 1 hour and then were served cold food. I'm not sure how that even happens. After we were served she only returned once asked if everything was okay and then she left. We finished our meal in about twenty minutes and then sat for another twenty waiting for her to bring us our check. Finally after we put the baby in the car seat and were heading to the register she brought us our receipt, again with no apology. I would've liked to have had dessert had it been offered but I didn't really have another hour to spare. As far as the food goes it was pretty good. This location usually has pretty good food in my opinion and I eat here pretty often. I was disappointed however in the portion size of my "dinner sized macaroni and cheese" which equated to a shallow bowl half full of my dinner. I don't usually leave bad reviews or anything like this but I was very disappointed. Spending fourty dollars to take my family out for a nice dinner and ending up spending our whole evening just to eat some cold food.
