Pretty sad, I like Bob Evans but this location has problems. After 2 bad experiences (bad service in general and an hour plus from getting seated to getting severed) and about a yr ago went back to try again today. Things were just as bad.. hour + for food. Saw them telling people the wait was 25-30min and the restaurant was only 2/3 full. Ordered steak tips and eggs and got county fried steak. Won't be back to this one.... will just stick to Southside

Have you ever thought, what sounds like a bad idea today? We should definitely do that! We tried to give this Bob Evans another shot and only ordered the half sandwich and soup.... Boy were we pleasantly surprised that its taken over 45 minutes to get even the soup. What happens when it comes out.... completely wrong. Shocker, not at all and the best part is the half sandwiches took even longer. Why do we do this to ourselves you ask.... maybe we are just a gluten for punishment. An hour after ordering the half sandwiches finally make it to the table and its overcooked and dry as can be. Not sure what needs to be done but with only a few sit down restaurants in town we will be eating out of town more often

Apparently I can’t leave a zero which would be my rating. Stopped in for lunch on Friday. There were only about 6 people eating. Waited for 5 minutes to be seated and it was the busboy. We sat down and waited for another 20min and NO one came to even ask what we wanted to drink. Went to the register and asked to see the manager. Explained the situation and told him he had a problem and left. We have eaten there before but won’t be going back

It’s just like any other Bob Evans, and you’ll get exactly as you expect quality of food wise. As for service? I think that can vary by location. Was disappointed and dissatisfied with service of this location. Took too long just to get drinks ordered, maybe like 10 minutes after being seated?

After having a bad experience at this location over 3 years ago, decided to try to again for a work lunch. Terrible idea. We waited for at least 20 minutes before we were acknowledged. Once we were seated we waited another 15-20 minutes before our server came over. After watching people who came in after us get their food, eat and leave we were able to track down someone to ask about our food. At this point we were waiting an hour past when we ordered. He was the only person remotely concerned. Pulled the server aside to ask What happened and comped our meal. Our server hadn’t ever put the order in. Mistakes happen but this location is pretty inexcusable for how terrible everything was. Meanwhile our server had refilled coffee 3 times and not even noticed or realized we hadn’t gotten our food. We were being patient and understanding because it appeared the staff had no idea what was going on. I wouldn’t even go as far as to the say they were understaffed. They just didn’t care. Multiple people wouldn’t acknowledge any customers there. There were multiple tables full of dirty dishes on trays, dirty rags thrown on the tables and seating people next to disgusting tables. There was no way these towels were used with Sanitabs. It was the dirtiest, slowest, worst service. The management must be absolutely awful. Our server wasn’t capable of her job and it showed. We never had anyone check back with us. We were there for nearly 2 hours. As a person who served for over 25 years and who will ALWAYS give the benefit of the doubt in ALL situations, even I found our experience so unacceptable that I’m taking time to write a review which normally I would never do. This location is god awful. Avoid at all costs.

The wait staff is always very friendly, but dear Lord - don't ever go here if you need to leave in under 2 hours. Regardless of how busy they are, or what time of day it is - it will be a MINIMUM of 45 minutes - 1 hour to get your food. This location is notoriously slow in the kitchen and has been for YEARS. I'm not kidding when I say - every time I've come here over the last 2 years, tables are talking to each other about how long they've been waiting, and how slow the service is for them.

Our server,Kara, was absolutely awesome. Unfortunately, our food was not. I ordered the fried chicken breasts with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The potatoes and broccoli were cold, and the chicken breast did not taste like real chicken. It tasted like an ultra processed patty. It was, at most, 1/4 of an inch thick. There was also egga, sausage, hash browns, and french toast ordered. The eggs were hot and cooked properly. The other items were cold.

We had a rough time here for our first visit. It could be cause we went on a Wednesday which we found out kids eat for free. They were understaffed and it took awhile for us to be greated by our server. Took longer than usual to get our drinks and to place an order. Food came out which what seemed like a longer time than normal but its our first time there. The server didn't check in on us and I had to keep flagging her down for stuff we were missing and refills. My order got messed up which made me wait on the server and again had to flag her down. Nor sure if we will be back but if we do it wont be on a Wednesday.
