ordered sampler online and it doesnt tell you the nachos have chicken as well as no option to take it off. everything was thrown into the container together with chicken all over everything. it was not a pleasant experience as a vegetarian

Food was good, Paige was an awesome waitress!! The manager on duty, Henry, WOW, SO RUDE, CONDESCENDING & in the middle of my conversation about something he decided to just walk away!!! I was having a normal conversation about something but since I was calling him out on something that was incorrect he got mad and walked away!! I will be calling the GM, Jason to discuss this with him. Thank you again Paige for great service!!

Usually great place to eat but went Friday got the greatest burger that after taking a few good bites I noticed it wasn't tasting or smelling to good well day 3 of being sick the server didn't even ask if anything was wrong when she come to check and see how everything was I told her I couldn't eat anymore she grabbed it and walked away

ordered the triple bacon cheeseburger, asked for no pickles. got my food and it had pickles and mustard on it. My fries were cold, and I asked for a side of dipping ranch, but did not receive it. won't come here again

I am not really a guy who watches sports or who is into sports bars. But it is the people here who have won me over, and who have made me a regular of sorts. I have often had Jen as a waitress and Amy as a bartender, and these ladies truly do a phenomenal job, and know what customer service is all about! Service is prompt, attentive, and friendly. It makes me happy that we have in Mount Vernon a place that is so welcoming and fun! There is no question that I will be back!

I had a particularly bad experience with this location when I ordered take out the other day. This is not the first negative experience I have had here. I ordered original buffalo boneless wings that were very dry. They had little to no sauce on any of them and seemed overcooked. My side of fries were cold and hard to the touch like they had been sitting around for a long time. I also got ranch and celery/carrots on the side that were disappointing in both quality and quantity. My one ranch cup was barely filled up. In comparison, my cheese curds appetizer was hot and tasted good. I even found a random tater tot that got thrown in with my order. This location could definitely improve in several areas such as quality control and customer service.

Recently had a disappointing experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. I placed an order but unfortunately did not receive all the items I paid for. I reached out to the management, who assured me I would receive a partial credit for the missing food. They mentioned that the refund process could take up to 7 days. However, it's been over a week, and I have yet to see the refund reflected in my account.

Every take out they never give me what’s on my receipt every time I go something is wrong this time a large fries was missing not driving back for it it’s just amazing that to me that everything time it gets screwed up
