Noticed the neighboring table, who arrived after us, got their food before we got our appetizer. The waitress set it down and disappeared. Took a bite and it was cooked but no more than cool. Disappointing. The rest of our food came. The lettuce in the salad looked fine but the grilled chicken was like chicken jerky. This food is too pricy for this to be the product. Wings were cold too.

It's a Buffalo Wild Wings. You know what to expect. It's a great place to drink a beer, eat some wings with friends, and watch a game or a fight. If you're visiting sometime around the posting of this review, be sure to ask for Amanda. She'll take care of you.

The whole experience started with a less than friendly waitress Satarah. Our food took an hour to arrive, our waitress never one communicating the delay. We noted other tables that arrived after us getting their food. When our food did arrive, she put it down and we had to figure out who it belonged to because to just stood ant the end of the table and walked away. She never checked on us after our food arrived. She came back after we had completed our meal and dropped off check, never asking if we wanted it split up. I went to the register to check out. I was told “she’s generally not like that”. Judging by all the reviews, that is not true. Sad that reviews are left and obviously management is not addressing the issues. I do not require a response, because I do not believe you will actually fix the problems. If I could leave a zero for this establishment, I would have.

Took 1 hr to get our food our waitress was rude we were there from 5.30 till 7 table 142/1Mt Vernon location 7 meals not 1 meal combo was proper temp after waitress dropped off food never came back to table until she brought the bill she should get a job that doesn’t require her to deal with the public wonder if she would like to pay $131 for snotty service and chilly food

Was very busy. But for 50 dollars for an appetizer and two people order off of their Lunch portions. Very expensive. Food seemed skimpy too. Waitress was the best thing about the visit. But overall, it was a meh "experience."

I did a take out order. 2 things had to be sent back and the cook wasn't happy about it. I believe she called him Shawn! Anyway, the young lady who cashed me out was a sweetheart and very apologetic. The Cole slow is salad with no dressing pretty much. So 3 out 5 items were not right or up to par. Food industry use to be about pleasing the pallet. Now it's about how little they can give you without customers complaining and saving a buck. I have pictures but I don't know how to post them. I ordered loaded tots and told them what I didn't want on it. When I opened it they had everything. When I sent it back like I said the cook wasn't happy. When he brought it out he put everything in little containers instead of actually making the dishes this is only my second time eating here and I would not recommend if the cook Shawn is working!!!!! Very dissatisfied. Mt Vernon needs to bring some other kind of wing place!

The zaneville, Ohio store needs to replace there tv's that are projector style. Hard to see. There are not clear watching them.
