Whooper Jr.- Bun was cold and hard, hamberger patty was burnt, no lettuce, one tiny slice of tomato, no onion, one pickle and no mayo, mustard or ketchup. It was terrible. I don't make a fuss or complain, however the manager needs to know so that his quality of delivery is up to BK standards. If I were him, I would want to know.

Left out a sandwich. Didn’t get any of the food right. Didn’t give me any sauce (like I had ordered) my food was cold as could be. like they barely even cooked it. Worst bk ever and mount Vernon really didn’t need any one. Rude people. Lucky they didn’t get whacked.

I went through the drive thru, the person taking the orders, screamed at me, that they are short staffed and I will have to wait!!! I can understand being busy, but, she could have not screamed that at me!!! I will NEVER go back there again!!!! Burger King would not exist without it's consumers. She apparently forgets that, and she is also a customer somewhere.

Absolutely worst customer series ever tried to get a price and the manager was very rude unprofessional lost our business and treat there customers
This was my first time eating at this Burger King. The store was very clean and the bathrooms too. The front counter was professional but a bor cold. This store looks very industrial and it is not very welcoming. It feels a bit like eating at a car dealership. The food was very good and the service quick. I would recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat here.

Nice modern atmosphere. After that, the experience was a bust. All the food was cold, and the burgers were dry with stale buns. The clerk who took our order got it wrong. Staff was semi-friendly.
