They have never made an order of ours correctly, through pickup. Again I got a burrito bowl, and a quarter of it was missing. Not missing ingredients, literally 3/4 of the bowl was filled. It looked like someone ate a quarter of it. They just threw the vinegret dressing in our bag sideways, so we had to wipe down our containers just to be able to eat. I have never seen a collection of so many worthless people in one place. At this point do you blame management or ownership? Regardless, fire them all and start fresh, if not, Tear the building down, and the vacant spot would be more accurate than these people. WORTHLESS

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They are always out of everything today. They were out of chicken steak and black beans. The guacamole look horrible. Whoever is the manager of this place needs to be fired. Chipotle corporate you need to investigate this place. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Update on the situation went back in today, July 31. That place seemed cleaner had all items on the menu. Much better visit this time.

I fell in love with Chipotle years ago on vacation in FLand then we got the restaurant in our town and I’m still waiting for the same experience and never comes close.
Just want to say that I love chipotle. This is for sure the worst location I’ve ever been to and I am so sad this is what represents my hometown.
Any other chipotle is better than this one. To give the benefit of the doubt to the failing store manager, maybe the building is cursed. If it isn’t cursed. Bro needs fired asap.
It’s never clean on the inside, you’d rather eat your food in the parking lot than sit in the dining space.
The rice is ALWAYS undercooked. The meat portions WIMPY. You pay too much money for food, and you can normally see the bottom of your bowl.
Compared to ANY OTHER LOCATION this location skimps on the meat. Even when you ask for double meat, you still have less than you’re actually wanting.

Update : Still greatly love my experience everytime, although other reviews seem to not agree. A little patience goes a long way with them. Communication is hard when you don't speak up and that's all it takes for them to take care of you.

Food was delicious but the lady that was doing my bowl was completely rude tried to give me half scoops of everything I paid extra for double chicken and she put the exact same amount of chicken on my daughters food that wasn’t a double if she is there I will not be in there she gave today a horrible experience I work in the food industry and would never be rude to customers because they ask for double of something because she was completely ripping me off.
