This is consistently the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The food frequently does not taste fresh. The guac and salsa often look old. They are regularly out of item. I went today and they were out of almost all proteins and guac. The staff is slow and very disorganized.

This place has gone so downhill over the past couple years. Portions are hit and miss. I've gotten poorly cooked rice that was crunchy on more than one occasion. The meats do not appear to be freshly cooked which is Chipotle's hallmark. I have always loved Chipotle, but I avoid this one anymore.

My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday at 6pm after driving home from out of state. Servers (all 4 on the food line and the cashier) were not friendly. We ordered 2 bowls w/ chicken. Got less than spoonful of rice in each bowl because, as per usual, they were almost out. The rice was undercooked, and the serving of each of the toppings was stingy, including our bags of chips that were only 1/4 full (I can typically get 2 meals from 1 bowl and 1 bag of chips). As we were walking out, I noticed trash on the floor in the dining area. The food serving area was unkempt w/ dropped cheese/salsa/toppings everywhere. The chip bags had dried rice stuck to the bottom of them (which we found after we left). My guacamole was a brown/ green mix w/ 3 large brown chunks hidden w/in. We do not typically eat out but enjoy Chipotle as a go-to for takeout. This location has gone downhill tremendously in the last year, which is sad because options in Mt. Vernon are limited. I'm not sure we will be back....

We went there yesterday very stingy on rice and chicken and lettuce and sour cream refused to reopen the bowl because they closed it very unprofessional towards customers and would not give receipt you would be better off going to Taco Bell for the price I’d rate a zero if possible refused to make it right

i paid $23 for my food to be cold when i got it and when i let it be known i feel the workers were extremely unkind to me as if i was aiming to be problematic?? one caucasian guy told me “there’s nothing we can do about it” and proceeded to speak negatively about me to his coworkers. i heard him. so rude. and i truly didn’t appreciate this experience. i was kind and thankful to everyone then when i had an issue they treated me weird. i do not like this location. 0/10

Horrible service and food quality. We have had multiple bad experiences ordering from this location. My husband and I ordered takeout for a quick dinner the other day. It was awful. The staff left out several ingredients from my bowl and the portion sizes were laughable. I paid extra for more chicken knowing I wouldn't get much and barely got a single serving. The chicken and fajita veggies were "chopped" horribly into big weird chunks. The rice was cold and lumpy. I didn't even get the chips or guacamole that I ordered. Staff members are clearly incompetent and lack accountability. Several big changes need to be made.

This restaurant is horrible any more ...if you do an online order show up an hour after the time they give you and your order will still not be done and probaly wrong .....avoid at all costs

My boyfriend and I are frequent customers of this Chipotle. However, they have lost our business. Week after week they are out of several items. We’ve gone at different times during the day, or a different day of the week. We have gone in and left because they were out of key ingredients. This is the only Chipotle I’ve been to where this is a consistent issue. You’d think they would keep things like guacamole stocked, so they could make a higher profit. Last night though was our last time. We both ordered steak and it tasted they dumped salt all over it. Went and notified an employee and was told “our steak is usually salted heavy”. I always ordered the steak and it has never tasted like that. I really love their food, but for their inconsistency it’s not worth time nor money.

Wanted Steak and was out, only got less the half a bowl with both bowls me and wife got!! Girl at cash register did not want to be there and got smart with me because I accidentally pulled my debit card out of machine and it canceled. I ask where manger was and she pointed at the end where she was the one making the bowls and she just laughed!! I will never return.
Just sad how this company has went down hill!!

Really dirty, sour cream had a hair in it and when my husband said something the guy didn’t change it out, there was no peppers, queso looked old and the employees kept dropping stuff in the back. Cashier got mad that I got some queso because he already checked us out BEFORE we were done ordering. This place is a mess and I will not be returning any time soon

I spent 26 dollars on an online order. Double steak, double rice, double cheese and this is what I am given. I am outraged at this chipotle establishment. How can you seriously hire someone that does this to an order. These portions make it seem like I paid 8 bucks for my order.
Ordered online again tonight. I learned a while back that if I don’t select “extra” on all ingredients then I only get a half full bowl. They still missed the veggies tonight. Along with my chips and my son’s juice box. But don’t worry, he got his kids meal chips (one full chip and a dozen little broken pieces). Also, can you please get all employees on the same page about kids quesadillas? For some reason if I go during the day they always put the meat IN the quesadilla, how it should be! But in the evening they hardly ever do. They put the meat on the side and I’m stuck assembling it the way it should have been already. Why? So frustrating that there’s always something wrong.
Edit 5 days later: ordered again tonight and not only was his chicken not in his quesadilla, it wasn’t even sent on the side. Just no protein.
Me and my husband just went here and never again. I asked for double rice on my bowl because I don’t get much of anything else on it. I could still see the bottom of my bowl. Hardly no meat at all. My husband got a burrito and it was basically all rice and nothing else.
We paid $23 to still be hungry. I’m about to write off chipotle completely.

I went to Chipotle at 6:00 tonight, 5 hours before closing. They were out of black beans, brisket, and had barely any fajita veggies. The guy serving me gave good portions but the team was not communicating when they needed things refilled and the line moved very slow. After I got home to eat my Chipotle, I found several large chunks of jalepeno peppers in my food and it was so spicy. I am disappointed in this location and the quality of my meal.
