crenos pizza has been kno a n to allow ppl with beards and long hair to make food without a beard net and hair that should b put above their shoulders and they violated that Healthcare on a daily basis. they allow employees to take pictures of all ur credit card info so that ppl cab steal from u they have had this happen a few times and then try to cover it up to hide that it's happend and let's not forget after they take a cigarette break they don't always wash their hands before preparing orders

When I arrived, someone had called in sick so Kyle was managing the counter and the kitchen. He was swamped, but was hustling and still providing excellent food and service. Order a calzone if you haven’t tried one. In the words of my 8-year-old: “YUM!” We split a small for $12 and it was still more than enough to feed us both.

Kyle had really amazing customer service. He was very good to his fellow employees and customers. The food is good only tried the wings. Not NY style but cooked good with a good flavor. The customer service made it great. They deliver too

Ordered a pizza, sub & wings online at 6:30pm said 7:30 delivery time which was perfect our kids go to bed about 8. After 1 hour and 50 minutes almost 2 hours the food finally arrived. Before it arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes after ordering I called Kindly asking for a refund and cancel order starting we have already fed our family that we would like to just cancel our order and the “manager” told the employee on the phone to tell that lady other people been in the lobby for a hour n a half waiting on food she WOULD NOT refund us the order was outside our house and again it WASNT! About 10 minutes later to food arrived anyway. Wings soggy, cold and rest of order to the trash after trying those. This is not the first time

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would!..Grab your drink, & some popcorn.. I'm about to tell you all a true story..I was working at crenos.. I worked my as* off. I never had called off, or missed a day.. until one day, I was having some personal family problems, that were very unexpected. I was left with no baby sitter at the very last minute.. so I called in 2 hrs before my shift was going to start to inform my boss about the problem.. I had asked that it would be okay if it would be okay to be excused from the shift that day (again, mind you I had never called off before this.. so this would have been my first time..) I even offered that if I had been able to find a baby sitter that I could come in but it would be late.. I also explained to her exactly what kind of family emergency was happening, & she was very rude with me.. then right after I got off the phone with my boss, she texted me, & said that I was to never work at the cash register again.. I asked why,& she said that I knew why.. I told her that I didn't have any clue why.. she was accusing me of taking $4.81 out of the register.. I begged her to look at the cameras, & because of the fact that I stuck up for myself, I was fired!! I even called the owner, & surpsingly, he had her back as well!! (Mind you all, this was without any evidence at all but her word!) The owner even called me a "drama queen" & told me to "grow up"! I'm just in complete shock that the owner has a not once, but TWO TIME CONVICTED FELON basically running his business!!.. I have SOOO much more completely unbelievable comments that I really could add to this one, but I would be typing forever!! This place should be shut down! ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS.. NBC should still be doing the "dirty dish award" competition because that would be the only thing that Creno's would be eligible to win!! ???

Worst pizza place I have ever been to!..the kid behind the counter couldn't get off his phone long enough to get our order right...when the pizza wings and salad came out everything was as cold as the salad. Wings were so undercooked we had to ask for them to be recooked 3x because they were still pink and undercooked. (We did not eat the wings). When we asked to speak to a manager we were told he is too busy to deal with customers complaints. You could see one of the workers picking his nose with plastic gloves on. (Kyle was his name).the whole place stunk of rotten nasty unwashed feet...did not smell like a pizza shop at all!If I could I would rate this place zero stars .Pizza was burnt and cold and they would not correct it. Not even a piece was eaten from it...disputed the charge with our bank. That was the only way anything was corrected .~BZ~P.s.That one time u thought u had a good pizza and ended up with diarrhea.
