I ordered an Ice Cream Cake for pickup the next day. Answered all of the questions about colors and names. When my husband went to pick it up it hadn’t been made. So he had to wait while they made it, pickup time was 10:30 and he actually got there a little after that and had to wait while they made the cake. They kept asking him questions but he wasn’t the one who ordered so he just asked them to follow what was written down to be safe. The cake had two names on it, a boy and a girl and we asked for the girls name to be in pink and the boys in blue. The cake came out with the boys name in pink and the girls in blue. Very common names so I don’t know why there was a mix up. Overall it’s an ice cream cake so it’s great, the service and competence is what was lacking

Eating Dairy Queen makes me feel like Genghis khans 14th child... fucked from the start. The food might as well have been made by Hellen Keller because it lacked any flavor and quite frankly it made me wish I was as lucky as Kurt cobain and shot myself in the head with a 12 gauge because the sweet release would have been better than tainting my taste buds with this slop.Maybe I'm just over reacting but let's just say the construction of the Berlin Wall had better global impact then the creation of this god awful establishment... wouldn't try again.

Service was absolutely terrible. Most would assume on a Friday evening especially you would receive decent service. Waited for 10 minutes at the counter inside before a single employee was seen. Could hear laughing in the back. Finally got order taken and waited forever to receive our food and once we finally did it was cold. Extremely disappointing experience. Won’t be returning

The girl that works nights isn't very friendly never smiles never says have a good evening and is always just grumpy looking. You can tell she doesn't want to be there but that's not the customers fault and they shouldn't get treated poorly because she doesn't want to be at her job. Other than that the other people working are great!

Man who runs this is a joke unfortunately. I will order the same thing 3 nights a week and it’s never the same… Order extra cheesecakes bites I thought I would get extra since I paid for them… No, I got one single bite. Because apparently it gets “blended in” like yes I am aware but never have had this issue. Then he is unfriendly because I “didn’t call when it happened” but yes I did multiple times and no answer and no voicemail. I finally get ahold of him the next day and that’s what he’s upset about and said he would “speak to the manager” HES THE MANAGER?? Said he would call me back, he didn’t , that was 2+ weeks ago. Came inside recently and waited forever and didn’t even receive my sons ice cream. Then while I was there inside a whole group of little girls came up asking for their ice cream they’d been waiting forever on.

I always use the drive through and orders have generally been delivered accurately. The money saving offers are nice since food prices tend to be on the upper levels for fast food. I live 8 miles from the store so I haven't had good luck with the soft serve melting and the containers for the sundaes don't fit well in the carriers. But, the food is tasty and that's why we go right? I would recommend.

1 star because 0 isn't an option. WORST experience EVER. Long story short my child ordered a blizzard on the app because at 7pm they're already closed the inside. Manager says he didn't get the order which was on her phone AND cleared her bank account. Manager refuses to even look at her phone and was extremely rude and disrespectful (I was on the phone at this point hearing it all) so I go there to solve the issue for my child (I also tried calling the store SEVERAL times NO answer even the next day BEFORE I called corporate) and again same thing again extremely rude saying he can't give me anything for free even though it was already paid for. Told me I needed to contact corporate for a refund. A whole HOUR was WASTED over a blizzard. Customer service isn't a thing here at all so if you're going don't expect it. I DID call corporate and they said the independent owner would contact me and make things right fast forward to a WEEK later and I have yet to hear a single word from them. My whole entire family will NEVER EVER go back to this dairy queen again and I WILL most definitely continue to spread the word about this horrible experience and hope no one else encounters it or even goes there and supports this establishment anymore. Definitely need some better customer service.
