I have ordered from here for years since they moved to Howard likely spent well over thousands over the course of 15 years supporting this local business at both locations. They messed up my daughter’s cheeseburger last night I ordered while at work not a big deal make it right? But no. Was told I had to call the night before yet I couldn’t due to working and not knowing until I arrived home. Mind you two cheeseburgers and two fries delivered was $35. Called back tonight think no deal been loyal customer they would understand it’s a 1/3 frozen burger right? Called tonight they refused offering me $3 off lol. Was going to order again tonight in excess of $50 so they would have more than made their money back and retained business. But they refused to replace the cheeseburger quite disappointing considering we typically love them, but how rude the manager was pretty schooling- So decide to order elsewhere and will do so.- Parker’s know how to reach me if you want to make it right.

I called to order the 24 dollar lunch special that is advertised. I was told the website is wrong and that it costs 36 dollars. It would be nice if they would update the website to show that kind of price increase.

Dirko's simply has the best stromboli out there! I've never been disappointed with the Howard location. Always recommend it to people looking for great pizza or stromboli.

I ordered The two extra large pizzas with one topping special. As I was telling the young man that I wanted pepperoni, he interrupted and ask what toppings did I want. I told him that I wanted pepperoni. About 40 minutes later my pizza was delivered and it was two cheese pizzas. My 10 year-old granddaughter had been waiting and was hungry and took a piece. I called Dirkos explained to them that they did not put the pepperoni on and they ask if I wanted a refund or if I wanted new pizzas made. I said that I would take two new pizzas. They advised me since my granddaughter took a piece of one of the cheese pizzas that I would only be able to get a replacement of one. It was not my mistake. I waited 40 minutes now I’m going to be waiting another 40 minutes. I paid the delivery fee and tipped my driver well. Completely unacceptable!

I grab a pizza from here every time we play at East Knox Highschool. After basketball or football games and it is good! I am a pepperoni and extra cheese guy and they don't disappoint on the toppings. I really like the smaller slices to handle on the go while driving home.
Never again! I've lived in this same area as Dirkos my whole life. 38 years! Ever since this location has come to Howard ohio, had nothing but issues. 4th time tonight that my order was "lost" and an hour and a half later it's still not here. This is ridiculous! When I called in to find out where my order was, no one knew what was going on. The phone kept getting passed to other people to "deal with me". Never again will I order from Dirkos

Service was poor food was not all that good they are more worried about take out then dine in parking is not good is not wheelchair accessible it took them 15 minutes to take our order after we talked to them then another 30 minutes to get our food and we was the only people in the restaurant you are wasting your money eating there you get better service in mount Vernon
