I live out of state and I’m staying in Apple Valley with family for holidays. I did not know that there was more than one domino’s. Not that that should matter if people knew how to do their job. I called and placed an order. I was given a price and a time. Over an hour passed and I received no food so I proceeded to call and check on the status of my order. They asked if I lived in apple valley and then told me that the Mount Vernon Domino’s does not deliver to Apple Valley and that they tried to call me. I never had a missed call or a voicemail. I literally just waited around for pizza that was never coming.

Domino's has messed up pizza, these new pizzas are pure 🗑️ and taste like it. What happened to good pizza not this 🗑️ they are making and serving people nowadays. We order regular crust and get ny trash crust and the bacon was way over cooked as well as the whole pizza. I've had microwaveable pizza that tasted better in all honestly. And I don't want to contact you cause all your after is a 5 star review, a 5 star review is earned from ordering a lot of food and getting great food and service Every single time not just one order. Stop chasing 5 star reviews and make good food, the food will speak for itself how about that.

Showed up....ordered medium pizza with extra cheese, and sausage. And 16 BBQ wings. Was told it would be 30min. 6 people come in after me and we all wait a long time and they get there food before me. I waited a hour plus. I was asked whats my name for the order twice during this long wait. Finally got my food. Got home. And ITS THE WRONG PIZZA. ended up with a ham and pineapple only pizza. Im extremely frustrated im extremely frustrated

We order from here at least 2 times a month and we ALWAYS get the right food which is made perfectly. The wait time is never more than 15 minutes even on the weekends. There is an employee named Jordan who is very polite and makes sure I get the sauces we ordered every time. Definitely recommend this location.

Ignore the close times and don’t order food near midnight or your going find out real quick the app says “food ready” but The Doors are locked and some delivery truck is totally blocked the drive thru. Usually when this happens I have AMEX successfully dispute the entire order and go elsewhere.
Very little sauce on a disappointing pizza and no garlic sauce for the parmesan bread bites the worst pizza I've ever ordered but the chicken Alfredo was passable

I've ordered here dozens of times. I've never had an order made wrong or lacking in portions of toppings. Not saying it doesnt happen from time to time with some people but that has never been my experience here. Staff are always very friendly. Both in store staff and delivery drivers are extremely friendly and professional. Exactly what you SHOULD expect from a domino's franchise.

We ordered for delivery. Our order never came. We order there all the time but the manager argued with us and said that we gave him the wrong address. The address is automatically in my phone and have used the app many times. Can't get anywhere with the manager and won't order there again... or pay for the one they delivered to wrong address

We ordered to stuff crusts pizzas and they didn't give us stuffed crust. We called the store and one guy was just plain rude so we then got to talk to the manager and got told we got what we paid for. Plain out rude and nasty. Wouldn't recommend going to that one
