Got to be one of the worst donatos as far as service goes. My last three orders all carry out were not a good experience. First of the three orders I show up well past the time it was supposed to be ready and they told me it was going to be 10 or 15 more minutes. That time was not a problem I waited but it was just the first of three visits. Time after that ordered online and I don't know how but they completely messed the order up. Ordered a hot chicken pizza with extra sauce and pickles and when I get home half the pizza had chicken half the pizza had pickles I don't know how you screw that up that bad. This last time ordered online again didn't want to change anything just ordered a basic hot chicken pizza. Pull up to the drive-thru 5 minutes after promised ready time. Sat at the drive-thru for over 10 minutes and nobody came to the window. Could not back up or leave because there was a car behind me. Once they did come to the window and I express that I'd been sitting there for over 10 minutes I got nothing but attitude. Complaining that they were busy in the lobby and other customers were in there. Now mind you I got no attention at all at the drive-thru just sat there at an empty window. If they were indeed busy somebody could have leased walked up and said just a few minutes. And even if they were busy was not the big deal It was the attitude I got when I express my dissatisfaction of sitting there for so long. A simple sorry about that sir we were real busy would have been fine. But no I got extreme attitude.

What happened to edge to edge pepperoni? Order and pay for extra and still not edge to edge like it was in the past. Other than that good pizza need more pep!

Don’t work here. Terrible management. They are the most passive aggressive humans I’ve ever met in my life. They use personal feelings to make all their manager decisions instead of logic. Always in a bad mood and they take it out consistently on the employees which makes for a terrible work environment. Then they question why people don’t wanna work for a company who treats their staff terribly and don’t pay a competitive wage or give consistent raises like a good company would.

Well a friend Elizabeth Went works at Donatos. And she kind of talked me into the hot honey. She said it was really good. Well I finally tried the hot honey pepperoni pizza. She was right. I absolutely loved it. And will order it again. I would recommend it to any pizza lover. Thank You

They were really busy , the front young man on the register was very sweet and apologize for the wait . He was a perfect example of what a employee should be I was in there Friday evening the 19 th around 6:30.
Smaller portions for more money. Hate the third party call center they switched to, love giving my order to someone half way around the world for a business that's 2 minutes away!!

Ordered pizza for a party, the individual at the pickup window was extremely rude and blatantly complained that there was only a $5 tip.My thoughts, you're paid as an employee to make pizza. Tips are reserved for employees who provide an additional service, i.e. a waiter/waitress or delivery drivers.We gave you a 'bonus' by tipping at all.Our order was less than a dozen pizzas, pre-ordered 2 days in advance and picked up by us.We have no intentions of being returning customers as long as that is the caliber of employee Donatos has to offer.Bottom line,The pizza was great, so no discredit to the kitchen staff, it was just not good service.I would rather have ok pizza or no pizza than to be disrespected as a customer.

It was a pick up so couldn't speak to the atmosphere. I haven't gotten anything bad from there yet. Service is always friendly. Love the hot chicken, too. Really good!!

If you don't mind being disconnected over and over and over again when you try to order a pizza then be my guest. If you don't mind being charged an extra three dollars because you didn't order it through the actual store then enjoy yourself. And if you don't mind never ever getting the manager to get on the phone or call you back then that should cinch the deal. We will not order any more Donatos from the Donatos on Main Street because I feel we're already paying an arm and a leg and I don't need all the other hassles. I will say that their pizza is delicious but it's what you got to go through to order the pizza that makes it not worth it.

The picture on web showed a old world pepperoni pizza. That's what I wanted, I worked picture and he said picture was of a Flounders favorite. Pizza was good but not what I wanted.
