They gave me a cold coffee when I ordered a hot one and got upset when I asked if they could make me a new one. When she did make me a new one she put the whipped cream in the lid??? I'm definitely not going here again.

Been going here for about 3 years now and have never had any bad experiences. The lady at the front register is always so sweet, and the manager definitely knows what she's doing!

What a great DD location! Service through the drive through was very zippy, the employee was friendly and let me know which drink was which (no guessing here). The iced coffee was SPOT ON! Absolutely delicious! Sadly there has been times at other locations where the iced coffee was less than desirable. Somewhat easy to get in and out of, limited parking. I'm so glad they had a DD in Mount Vernon (I don't live in the area but drive through often enough).

Little old lady who takes orders is very rude. She rushed us when taking our order, too. Every time we go in she is always rude, and always makes sure to take our orders when she sees us. Another little girl, named Jenn I think, is rude as well. Also when my man got his coffee it wasn’t even filled up all the way, and more than half of it was foam. Never go here. Even the tim hortons sucks too.

The employees know nothing about the app. They are very rude. There is no consistency on how they drinks. When you try to talk to the manager, she doesn’t care. She’s just as bad as the employees

Horrible service. The little old lady needs fired. She doesnt know how to respect other people, let alone talk to them. Never come here just go to another fast food place.
When you ask for light ice. Just know you're going to get light coffee as well. 3 times they've done this. I used to spend about 60 dollars a week. They are rude. Have very poor customer service. Won't be going back. Starbucks, Tim Hortons. Get your coffee started!!! I'll be your new customer 😜

Absolutely rude employees. Don’t take more than 10 seconds to decide what you want. That’s not the worst part when I asked give me a few minutes so my wife can decide nothing but rudeness then the order was made and only half full and when said something more rudeness this is the worst DD I been too. Upper management needs to correct this issue before it becomes a real problem.

Changed my review completely. The hasbrowns weren't burnt this time. they actually put more than 6 in each package too. My food was nice and fresh, and my coffee was spot on!
