Half Baked Bistro is one of those places you keep going back to because there’s always something unique you won’t find anywhere else. I eat here often, and everything from their protein bowls to their breakfast options is fresh, flavorful, and made with care.
The bakery alone is worth the stop — their sweets are on a whole different level. You can tell they put real effort into what they make, and it shows in the quality. On top of the great food, the owner and employees are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
If you’re looking for something different and genuinely good, Half Baked Bistro is definitely worth checking out.

10/10 would recommend recommend! If you have time to stop by definitely stop in and grab some delicious breakfast or lunch! I got the sausage egg and cheese breakfast bowl and a honeybee latte and the food and drink was amazing! Best breakfast in town by far. Would highly recommend you stop in and support a local small business!

My husband and I were in town to visit Fat Dog Vinyl. I pulled up Happy Cow to see if there happened to be any vegan options in the area. Saw this place listed and decided to check it out. Unfortunately, they didn't have a single bakery item that was vegan. We were told most of their vegan items are made to order. I wish I could have tried that scone the other person reviewed. 😔
I can’t say enough about this bakery. Always fast and friendly service. It’s probably the most delicious pastries I’ve ever eaten!!

One of our family members ordered the sugar cookies for Christmas, and they are the best ones I have literally ever had. I’m not a huge sugar cookie enthusiast but these had me wanting so many more!!! I’d love to stop by and see what else they have now :) if I could rate them higher I would!

This place never has my favorite breakfast sandwich in stock or available. Wait a week sometimes for this place to open, just for that sandwich, and it not be available. Nice owner, quality food, but low quantity will never fare well with customers especially with favorites on the menu. Little too pricey anyway.

I can’t speak on the food, I feel bad even leaving a review, but please please please inform your employees with the correct information. I did not pre-order a pie for thanksgiving because I was told there would be a few pumpkin pies at the front first come first serve the day before thanksgiving. I showed up right at opening and there were no pies and was informed that they did not bake pies for the shelf and it was only pre-orders. I am very disappointed in this experience.

If you want a sit down and order restaurant, this is not the place to go.You have to order your food. Then, walk next door to sit down and eat. The food is very good, but the portions are super small. If you're hungry do not go to this place you will not get filled up.The price they charge is for a large portion but they give you a very small portion in a bowl.

I was super excited to try this place based on their online following and reviews. Sad to discover it fell very far from expectations. First, very confusing ordering. The lady taking our order was very sweet but ended up messing our order up somehow. We ordered (or attempted to order) Caribbean Jerk Salad and 3 orders of Biscuits and Gravy - one with 3 Biscuits and the other two with 2 Biscuits, a chocolate cupcake and a chocolate brownie. When we came back 15 minutes later to retrieve our order, we only received 1 order of biscuits and gravy, the Salad and the baked goods. Unfortunately they do not provide receipts - so I don't even know what was paid for or not. But the order was a little over $30 - so I assumed it was correctly entered and paid for. I went back in to retrieve the additional biscuits and gravy and explained I did not have a receipt so I can't see if it was paid for or not. The cashier I assume looked at the original order, somehow, and then told me I had to pay $12.50 for the biscuits & gravy plus an additional biscuit. While I was confused about the totals and inquired what was paid for originally - never really received a good clarification and just went ahead and paid bc the kids and hubby were in the car hungry and waiting.
Despite the ordering issues, I was still optimistic. It's pricey but I'm sure it will be delicious. Well again, the taste and quality and quantity of the food fell short. Way over peppered

We had a catered luncheon and ordered for 50 people. Food was delicious. The 2 proteins were really short. Only had 40 guests and ran out very quickly. Don't normally put in review but got no response on my email questioning why we were short.

Guy at the front desk was super chill I assume he was the owner. Food was insane, so good it pissed me off that I had never tried it before. Baked goods were awesome, coffee was delicious. I assume the only reason there is no line outside the door is because people are afraid of trying something new. Definitely give it a try. Absolutely delicious

The absolute best place in Ohio for Macarons. Don't even try to argue with me, because I'm not listening.
