Guy at the front desk was super chill I assume he was the owner. Food was insane, so good it pissed me off that I had never tried it before. Baked goods were awesome, coffee was delicious. I assume the only reason there is no line outside the door is because people are afraid of trying something new. Definitely give it a try. Absolutely delicious

Treated my parents to a special dine-in brunch and they loved it! They told me in their own words that Chef Nav was very engaging and fun! Everything was delicious and they can't stop thinking about how amazing the food was. They also demanded that I let them know when these events happen so they can sign up on the regular!

Half Baked Bistro is a must-stop shop in downtown Mount Vernon. Chefs Nav and Rebecca (and their staff) offer absolutely delightful meals to suit any palate.
