A year ago , I posted that food was good. Last several visits, the food has had excessive oil & salt , so much that none of us ate very much of out meal. It seems that a different chef is cooking?
Excellent food at a reasonable price. We've eaten here twice and will be making the drive from Newark, OH just to eat here! "Mom and Pop" style restaurant and atmosphere. They do only offer the dinner menu on holidays but it's worth it and still reasonable prices ($11-12 a plate). I had chicken with mixed veggies and my mom had Hunan chicken mild. Veggies were fresh and still crisp- not overcooked and mushy. We will be back.
