They didn't have any breast's so I got a strip meal with fries. They didn't give me my biscuit and the side of fries is just a bunch of rock hard disgusting crumbs. What a waste of money

Training of staff is desperately needed! I ordered the exact same meal but paid separately. I got charged $8.79 for one meal and $7 for the second. When I tried to order only 3 tenders I was told she didn't know how to ring in only tender so I had to have a side I didn't eat or want. When I asked why the price difference I was told she had to enter the meal that way but she took the drink off so there will be no tax. Ummmm there is no tax for to go orders in the first place. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Traveling through town, stopped in for lunch. I was honored with a smile and Veteran's discount. All food fresh and place was really clean with a nice bathroom that was noteworthy! Placing my order, a young gent, Preston, with beard guard had sneezed and was great to put his face to his arm. Promptly finishing, he put down all items, threw away his gloves and proceeded to the sink to wash, dry, and sanitize his hands and exposed arm. Not being told, not looking around, just naturally keeping clean. This place was hopping and the crew was like clockwork! What a great experience and a store tobe modeled after. Bravo everyone!!

I hadn't really had KFC in awhile. I got an email one day from them with some deals and decided to do a pickup order on my way home from visiting my mom. My bucket of chicken was hot and fresh. Some really good chicken!!! The girl working the window was friendly and gave me my food with a smile. Thanks KFC. I'll stop in again when I'm in town.
