I couldn't get the app to let me order the Super Bowl special, 8 pieces for $10. I called the store and they agreed someone would help us figure it out if we came into the store, although they wouls not be permitted to extend the deal at the cash register, it had to be ordered on-line. At first, noone knew how to get the app to work on my Android phone. Then "Cassie" offered to try to order it on her phone. It worked! She even paid for it with her card and then we reimbursed her in cash. Cassie saved the day and the deal! Honestly, the app needs to work easier, every employee should know how to work the app and when the app won't work, forget the app and give the customer whatever deal they are trying to order on-line. Good grief! Thank you toCassie!!!

We ordered a classic chicken wrap and they gave us a Mac n cheese chicken wrap. If I could, I'd rate this wrap a negative 10. Nastiest $#1- ever. Tasted jail food better than that. 0/10 don't recommend.Parking: Nice size

I purchased a 3-pc dinner with 2 sides for take-out. I discovered very small and seemingly reheated chicken---not the usual quality. The two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious---but we didn't even eat all of the chicken because the original coating was way too hard---due to the reheating. The order service and pick-up window service was very good----we just were disappointed in the pieces of chicken. We will hesitate to go here next time and we have been pretty regular customers.
Went inside and ordered take-out. Two 3 piece big meals with original chicken. Got home and it was extra crispy so hard you couldn't eat the skin. Paid $23.89 which is ridiculous. Never again.

Never again will o eat at a KFC! This is an awful place to buy food. Worst pricing ever! 30 dollars for an 8 piece of chicken???? I can buy 2 whole rotisserie chickens for half that price! A 3 Oz container of mashed potatoes or Cole slaw - 6 bucks!!! 1 tiny container. Not even enough for a single serving. I can buy a whole bag of potatoes for less than that! This place charges way too much for the little bit you get. I bought a 20 dollar "fill up" box, last night for me and my daughter, and she was still complaining she was hungry after eating. The only "filling up" that was being done was their pockets with our money! Do yourselves a favor and go to little Caesars right across the drive where you can get 2x 8 slice pizzas for 10 bucks. That will feed 4 or 5 people. KFC is an absolute joke with their prices.
