we went to Kroger today and on the way out my grandson wanted to play one of the games. he'd been waiting the whole time and was excited. we only had 1 quarter, 2 dimes, and a nickel. so we asked if we could trade the 2 dimes and a nickel for a quarter after buying our groceries and they said no. they wouldn't do it because of a cash shortage, are you kidding me? they broke a little boys heart over a quarter. I didn't want them to give him a quarter just trade him money they would still have the same amount of money but they didn't care at all. just said no. how hateful

Love Kroger, however my cashier was in a rotten mood. Bagging & throwing my groceries on the bagger counter, ridiculous but I was still very nice. I get it being a former cashier at Kmart & Shop & Save, not enough help, long days & grumpy self righteous customers. I hope tomorrow is a better day for her

we are helping deliver food so make frequent visits to this locale. the bathrooms are trashed. employees are litterally walking around and coughing and are not wearing mask. no cleaning done anywhere in sight. no body sanitizing carts or enforcing one way eisles. litterally a breeding ground for virus spread

Seriously, on Easter and in the middle of a pandemic, every employee that I came into contact with was so helpful and had such a positive, friendly attitude. I don’t normally write customer comments and am pretty tough on what I find to be great service, but everyone here was just too awesome. Great job and thank you for just being awesome humans.

Went to the minute clinic at CVS. Was in and out in 20 minutes. I had my prescription sent to this Kroger since it was close. After 45 minutes of waiting to get it filled I asked the tech. She said that the order was never sent over. So I go back to the minute clinic to check. The minute clinic assured me and showed me the order was sent to the Kroger and the Tech had told them that her Kroger computer was messing it up. I come back to Kroger and it’s still not in the system. I have spent the last two hours getting circle jerked by this pharmacy when all they had to do was tell me the truth and maybe put some minimal effort into tracking my script down...I will not be back to this place for anything.

Sommer does a fantastic job baking and decorating the birthday cakes. Thanks for the delicious cake. The decorating was spot on with what we discussed. Everyone loved it and asked where we got it from. Of course I told them from Sommer at Kroger bakery in MV! We had 100 plus rsvp guests and ordered 1 1/2 cakes. Perfect amount.

Unable to shop down the isle because they always blocking them with these big blue carts. That they use for people that shop online.. apparently these people are more important than the ones that take the time to actually go into the store!!!!
