It's a local Kroger and I haven't had any issues getting what I want. They are pretty good about putting sales tags up, they are prompt at check out if something needs fixed, and the stock is good. I often price check between Walmart and Kroger since they are close to each other plus coupons. They seem pretty on top of checking the expiration tags too

Shout it to Jonathan, he went above and beyond helping me with my digital coupons. I was having trouble with the Kroger app. I had downloaded the wrong app. Had he not been so very helpful, I probably would have just left, and gone somewhere else. I like Kroger’s but I am very disappointed right now. I’ve done pick up and both times the person was nice but not wearing a mask. The manger said he had them but it was the choice of the worker. If I’m wearing one to protect them they should wear one to protect us.

You are not requiring all your employees to wear masks. The masks will help protect your customers. I would think that would a priority.

Went to the minute clinic at CVS. Was in and out in 20 minutes. I had my prescription sent to this Kroger since it was close. After 45 minutes of waiting to get it filled I asked the tech. She said that the order was never sent over. So I go back to the minute clinic to check. The minute clinic assured me and showed me the order was sent to the Kroger and the Tech had told them that her Kroger computer was messing it up. I come back to Kroger and it’s still not in the system. I have spent the last two hours getting circle jerked by this pharmacy when all they had to do was tell me the truth and maybe put some minimal effort into tracking my script down...I will not be back to this place for anything.

Sommer does a fantastic job baking and decorating the birthday cakes. Thanks for the delicious cake. The decorating was spot on with what we discussed. Everyone loved it and asked where we got it from. Of course I told them from Sommer at Kroger bakery in MV! We had 100 plus rsvp guests and ordered 1 1/2 cakes. Perfect amount.

Kroger's pharmacy on Coshocton Avenue in Mount Vernon Ohio actually does a pretty good job for the most part they are on top of everything on top of renewals and things like that although a few of the people working there have a little bit of an attitude but I'm sure wouldn't you deal with the public and people in pain trying to get their medication I'm sure tempers kind of Run High so I guess it's to be expected a little they seem to handle it well the drive-thru or not the drive-thru but they walk up window seems to be effective although sometimes the workers inside tend to forget about it a little

My mom is currently in rehab at Eastern Star located in Mount Vernon, Ohio for a bad fall. This place also serves as a nursing home. On Valentines Day, our local Kroger gave each and every patient a large heart shaped Valentine balloon. It was just beautiful that a big corporation would think about our local sick and elderly patients. Thank you so much, you have no idea how many spirits you lifted with this act of kindness!! �������
