This is possibly the worst run little Caesars on earth. Time is a vortex when you walk through the door. Orders are an hour behind, there's no staff, they hang up on customers. Honestly if you eat here you're doing so at your own risk. They turn away customers all the time because there's nothing ever ready. You can stand in the store and watch them lose money minute by minute. It's wild. Whoever is throwing money away to keep this place open is getting a raw deal.

They never actually have any pizza available. Staff is rude. You wait in line 15 minutes before they acknowledge your presence and then laugh in your face when they tell you it's a 4 hour wait. Zero reason to ever come here.

Had to wait an hour for my order, showed up about 25 mins after placing order to be told there was still about 30 mins. Fine with waiting but an hour for pizza was a reach, especially when the girl rudely asks what I’m waiting on as if they don’t have portals in there that pop names up when orders are completed and you can grab & go.

This place is a joke! Ordered online at 6:20pm and picked 7:20pm for pickup and only order 2 original pepperoni pizzas and got there at 7:15pm and after waiting 5min in the store for the lady standing at the drive-thru window with her back to the store on her phone and headphones finally turned around and was rude and yelled back to the other staff making food asking for how long is the wait. She is rude and sassy to everyone who comes into the store!
By the way, I'm still waiting after the 25min she said it would be.
This place needs a manager who knows how to keep the employees in line!

Ordered an hour earlier showed up 15 minutes late and was told I have another 30 min wait they suck I put up my lawn chair in there cause they have no chairs to wait hot and ready more like hot and wait

The girl at the window stared at me like I was stupid when I asked her for a pepperoni pizza. The last time I went there, she told me she couldn’t sell me the pizza that was ready to go because she was and I quote waiting on the person who called. This little Caesars is an absolute joke. The ones in Columbus I’ve never had any issues with and they really need to reevaluate who they hire.

Grumpy employees, an hour and 20 minute wait PAST my online pick up time, very unprofessional. One employee with no hat, hair net or little Caesars shirt working who is extremely rude. The one manager I've seen has always been extremely polite, otherwise, the crew is embarrassingly rude.

This is a terrible store. I have went through the drive thru twice now and they never have any pizza ready. No pepperoni, cheese, pretzel crust nothing. Workers are not in a hurry to wait on any customers either. Good thing KFC was around the corner and capable of filling an order!
