Had a delightful evening with a good friend to celebrate her birthday. It was a Sunday evening in the winter so the restaurant wasn't particularly busy or crowded. Our server was delightful and helpful, making suggestions for menu items we might particularly like. We started with appetizers which came out in a timely manner and were hot and tasty and generous portions. Highly recommend the Calamari. The mussels came with delicious garlic and butter crostini. Of course we had to have the famous Mazza's salad and will apologize to all our family and friends for our garlic odor for the next 2 days :) There were so many delicious sounding choices for main courses it was hard to decide what to have. Prices were reasonable and everything was tasty.

Great experience, nice ambiance. I had the Mazda salad which was garlicky and amazing. My husband ordered zucchini fries for an appetizer and a supreme pizza. The zucchini fries are probably the best I have had in a restaurant. Their flatbread pizza is really good. Our friends ordered their fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and they said it was great. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful evening I had. I started with a great martini and they had some great specials. The first was an Italian Fried Ball of cheesy rice with marina sauce. They served 3 that were delicious and then I had a bone-in veal parmesan with alfredo noodles. A wonderful bottle of wine and my evening was complete. This restaurant just keeps getting better. The music in the background was fabulous and the service was exceptional.

MAZZA's is a family owned Italian restaurant. They offer standard family favorites like spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna,and Italian sausage dishes and other pasta dishes as well as pizza. All of it is superbly prepared. Be sure and try their signature MAZZA's salad. If you like garlic, you will love this salad!

Mazza's reminded us of earlier times when, as kids, our parents took us out to Marino's or Pizzuti's on the west side of Columbus for a special occasion. Good wine selection, and menu choices. We would highly recommend the Mazza's house salad. The service was great. Living in Granville made for a scenic early evening drive. It's worth the drive.
