Maybe because we showed up after a race at 11:15 PM, but the food was the worst I've ever had from a McDonald's. We got 2 big mac meals. There was barely a dab of sauce on the macs and absolutely no salt on the fries.

The last few times I’ve come to this location. They always give me some excuse saying “our system, is down right now and we aren’t taking orders.” It’s always something like that. I’m not sure if it’s been a legit problem, but it has been way too frequent. I really think the managers should really look into it because I’m not sure if they are doing it on purpose or if it’s legit, but come on yall systems cant shut down that often….

Went to the drive-thru make me wait forever. Tell me to pull up to wait on my food and then they didn't even bring me everything and not very friendly when I went inside to ask for what they forgot

The system was down for 4 minutes, which isn't really an issue. But they said the couldn't serve anyone. Seems like a missed opportunity to make profit if you still had pen and paper and calculator. But that's probably a lot to ask or an associate.

This location in particular is trashy. I went in during dinner rush and they had 2 employees on break, laying down..cuddling and kissing in the dining room. *yuck* There were also multiple patrons waiting for food during this time

Typically come here around 3 a.m for lunch. Get the same thing every time and can't complain. Today I asked for coffee and they didn't have any, said it would be about 3 minutes to make and I said never mind. Bobby had actually already started it. By the time I paid and got my food and drinks, he informed me the coffee was ready if I wanted some still. Truly never have a problem at night time, always amazing staff at the windows

There was a line of people with incorrect orders when we arrived, employee seemed inconvenienced at taking our order, no greeting offered. Our order would turn out to be wrong too. Sign advises you have 30 minutes to consume your food and move along. Very nice.
Oooooo lawd. Every way to mess up some food. I hate leaving negative reviews, but when almost everything was off I started to get mad. The fries were cold last time I ordered and this time, they also weren't salted, the bacon is undercooked, the patties were dryer than my grandma's kneecaps, and something was off with the ketchup. For as much as it costed to feed 4 people it should have been somewhat palatable. Last time I ordered it wasn't that bad. I'll be real... the fries were just cold, but this time it was a NO!

This used to be the best McDonald’s in Mount Vernon, but lately they just can’t seem to get an order right to save their lives. The last 2 times I’ve been there they have messed up my orders. The first time they forgot to give me 1 of the 2 cheeseburgers I ordered and then today I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins that both didn’t have cheese on them and 2 steak bagel sandwiches that both didn’t have egg on them. Good grief.

So I never knew when ketup only on a cheese burger consisted of onions and cheese only. That's 4 times in a row after work about 700 pm everytime. Might wanna check ur crew. They can't read unless they do it in purpose. I don't understand how the hell u get paid 15 bucks an hour and can't even read or do your job right. Thanks but no thanks. I'm done with ya. I'll go to Wendy's before you guys anymore.

I had the worst experience this morning at 5 o'clock. In the morning, when the staff members was arguing with me over the price of my meals when I get them every single day. So they called a manager up which looked like he was higher than high tweaking. He then put in the wrong order once again. Finally, after 10 minutes at the window, they got my mill right and it rang up $5 cheaper than what they were ringing it up and the bigger chick with the glasses should not be working at a window at all they didnt put my cream or sugar in my coffee like i ask for everyday i mean come on bro i had to repeat the order like ten times before they heard me right the food was nasty 17 dollars i spend everyday. There is Definitely a difference between day shift and night shift. I will never come in here again at this time of the morning. I have been coming in here everyday for years now. By the way I ordered 2 number 2s with small coffees 1 of them coffees was 4 cream 10suger and 2 Sausage and cheese mcmuffins, which comes out to $16.80 not $24 and some change. I'm pissed for real
