They serve raw food and their management yells at customers! The GM for this location has a problem getting back to customers when they are instructed to! The health department should know that they think it's ok to serve raw meat to customers!

I grabbed some quick breakfast on the way to run some errands. Everything was fast and accurately made for me.
We had chosen drive-thru and the service was welcoming and very fast. The food turned out great thanks guys!

I started going to this restaurant because I thought wow I can actually go to a restaurant that's not so busy you're not waiting there for an hour but now I know why they're not as busy as the one on Newark road or Coshocton avenue because they're not capable of giving you I'll correct order or proper customer service and their manager well they're night manager, Carrie, likes to yell at customers and laugh at customers when she does things that even one of her employees wouldn't do I don't know like put fries inside of a bag that's so big that the fries fell out of the container and busted out all into the side the bag and when they were taken back to her she replaced it by doing the same exact thing and then said she was confused and left at the customer a constant complainer because the customer does complain about cheeseburgers that they order every single time and they are always always ordered with no onion and no pickle but yet to date they have never been made with no onion and no pickle and here's the kicker The manager that I'm speaking of is there expo as well. So not only is the person making them not capable of making them correctly but the manager is not capable of making sure that they are given to the customer correctly. I will no longer be going to that location because they are not capable of doing anything properly. This is why that location doesn't get near the business as everyone else. Now why would anyone ever complain?
