Waited at drive-thru "yellow line" for about 8 minutes for my "extra piece of sausage" in my hotcakes. Gentleman delivers my food and asks me to check to see if it is correct. I kind of look. Hotcakes are steamed up. I figure how can they mess that up? I am not going to take my entire order out of the bag to open up my hotcakes to look for a piece of sausage that I was told was the part I was waiting for in the first place...WELL, they messed it up! HOW ABOUT YOU CHECK MY FOOD!!!??? You make me wait for it for nearly 8 minutes then have the nerve to ask me to check it. Unbelievable. DO BETTER!🤬

Do not go here on your lunch break.If you do not have at least 45 minutes to wait order to snack wraps couldn't be that hard.People behind me order the same thing.They got theirs.I didn't get mine had to go back to work hungry

Dont waste your time in the drive thru. A single egg mcmuffin required a 10 minute wait. All cars behind me also were required to pull over and wait. It is way faster to just go inside.

Very rude staff food especially fries put in upside down in my drive thru bag coffee serves cold and told me it was a fresh pot said they put more fries in my order after they lost half to the bottom of the bag and the large fries was less than half full when trying to explain my frustration excuses made of new staff and being short staffed asked to speak with a manager and staff blew me off and turned her back and kept walking away and she was mouthing off
I placed a mobile order on mother's day and sent my children to pick it up. They went through the drive thru and were told to pull ahead and wait. After almost an hour they called and said they were still waiting for the food. When I called the store I was told that it was their busiest day of the year and was not offered an apology or faster service. I asked to speak to the manager to get a refund where I was told they couldn't give a refund for mobile orders and then was hung up on. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and now I'm out the money I spent for the food I didn't get.

This place charges a $1.25 to add mac sauce to a sandwich and adds the bare minimum of sauce when it does. Charging that much for a condiment add on should be criminal.

If I could give no stars to this place I would but I need to leave a review! Everytime I go through there they always mess up my order because they’re worried about their drive through times! When you hand them the food back they RESERVE it even after they hand it out to the wrong customer! I ordered a breakfast bagel with extra cheese and no breakfast sauce and they handed me 2 McGriddles and took it back and they put it back on the drive through counter to reserve to the customer that ordered it!!! I ended up getting a bagel made the standard way when they handed me the bag and when I went inside to tell them they messed it up I was met with total eye rolls and attitude. They took the bagel that I clearly unwrapped and put it back in the heat well. I’m livid at this point and when I clearly saw them put it back in the heat well I asked if they’re going to reserve that sandwich and they said no we threw it away! They’re going to get someone sick! Never have I ever been to a McDonald’s that will reserve food that a customer already touched!!! Do better or totally wipe staff because this is a reoccurring issue that needs to be addressed with your staff!!!
