I was here quite a while ago so the end of this review there's more good stuff 🙃🤔 I don't know where any of these corporations think all this technology is helping All I wanted was a cup of coffee I wanted to pay with cash so I had to wait for somebody to come to the register take my order and then they placed it in line and it seriously took 15 minutes before I got my coffee. Technology is ruining fast food. It's not just McDonald's. I don't even know why it's called fast food anymore because of technology is slowing it down more than it ever has. When there was five registers at the counter you got your food fast. Seems like all the old school ways were pretty well foolproof and now AI and technology is making stuff far more complicated than it needs to be. Just pour a damn cup of coffee...
This is my review from 11 months earlier: I can't even start with the good stuff on this review...there isn't any 😄 so on to the bad stuff... Just started off I had to stand there like an idiot while the employees knew I was ready to order at the counter where I should have been greeted by a human not the order at the kiosk BS. And of course the employee ignored me never greeted me so I had to put my order in through the kiosk. When my order finally did come up they forgot my cups they forgot the McFlurries and shorted us a french fry. As we are waiting the prior two or three customers also had walked in from the drive-thru as well as dine-ins looking for the rest of their orders. At that point I knew I was going to have some trouble. While we were waiting one of the employees ripped off his vest threw it on the ground and was kicking it around from the kitchen into the lobby area while he was screaming and yelling. Everybody there looked like they must have been on some kind of drugs or downers or something nobody was acting right I was really concerned about eating the food there. From the picture you can see somebody decided to take a bite of a couple of my nuggets before I got to 😂I still ate all the other nuggets that did not have bites out of them because they were hot so I imagine they were safe to eat 🫣. It's been a while since I've been to that McDonald's again when I don't visit a place it's usually for a reason. I give most businesses 6 months before I return to see if they sort it out their own stupid yet or not and unfortunately most of the time they do not. Not telling you not to go eat at this McDonald's but geez Louise this stuff's getting ridiculous everywhere. 🏴🏴🏴♥️♥️♥️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💥💥💥

Avoid this McDonald's. Large fries with so little fries that it might as well be a small. Fries were cold, almost like they were left out or old. Forgot half the order and had to go in and get the rest. 20 piece mcnugget with only 16 nuggets. More ketchup on the wrapping than on the actual burger. Go somewhere else

I ordered the same thing every single time two double cheeseburgers extra pickle onion, they never have pickle and onion at all not even one. a large 10 piece nugget meal often missing 1 or 2,b I'm also often given a medium drink even tho Im paying for a large and the large fries are usually cold and or not even filled half way. Every single time the last 7 times I've been there.

I had to travel an hour to get to this McDonald's. They were the closest serving the McRib. I'm disappointed that my local chain never offers the McRib, but this crew and location made the trip worth it. Service was friendly. Food came out fast. The McRibs were perfect. Thank you!!!
Got the wrong order on top of food was cold I order a diet coke and got a regular. If I could give zero Stars I would.

Waited at drive-thru "yellow line" for about 8 minutes for my "extra piece of sausage" in my hotcakes. Gentleman delivers my food and asks me to check to see if it is correct. I kind of look. Hotcakes are steamed up. I figure how can they mess that up? I am not going to take my entire order out of the bag to open up my hotcakes to look for a piece of sausage that I was told was the part I was waiting for in the first place...WELL, they messed it up! HOW ABOUT YOU CHECK MY FOOD!!!??? You make me wait for it for nearly 8 minutes then have the nerve to ask me to check it. Unbelievable. DO BETTER!🤬
