I do writer’s days here by myself sometimes, but mostly with other writers in my family. I have a sip club membership and drink coffee & tea all day plus get my lunch here. They have the best hours in town; 6AM to 9PM. I also love that there are lots of windows, but also cozy nooks and a fireplace wall. Dress warm or with layers. If one of the coffee choices gets cool or the cream is low, ask and they will get right on it.

We had a good drive-thru experience. Service- wise: workers were all working hard and very polite and nice! They also got everything in our order correct? And made sure to give us napkins and spoons!!! Whew!!! Haha ;)
This is my first time visiting this location in a year or more. Only been once before. Got 2 you-pick-two's. Broccoli and cheddar and tuna sandwich. The soup flavor and consistency and see was consistent. Mayo in the sandwich are something in the sandwich tasted a little sweet for my liking. Otherwise it was good and actually had a good amount of everything. I was a little surprised!
Tomato, basil and grilled cheese. This soup was also consistent. The grilled cheese apparently was consistent but I guess I forgot because we don't go to any Panera locations often. They use some kind of processed fake cheese now!? So gross and pretty ridiculous for the insane amount of money they charge, especially since the bread on this sandwich is not anything special either. I would say the tomato- basil and grilled cheese is basically gas station quality. Sorry, not bad but overpriced big time.
Both meals with apple. Good apples!

The amount of food it’s definitely a scam. We ask for the pick 2. And the half Salad was disappointing. It’s not the first time we come here but lately it’s been less and less food and when I complain to the manager about the amount of food we got he just said that’s how it is. My salad didn’t even had all the ingredients that said on the website and they still “couldn’t do anything about it”

We love Panera bread, and travel all over the country for work so we have visited many different locations. This one always has crap quality. Look at the amount of chicken on this sandwich. Wtf?! We paid $80 for 6 people today and this is what we get?

Love the ambiance, the food is fresh and plentiful. The prices are reasonable. Order and delivery were fast

Showed up, completely disregarded and no urgency to want to keep customers. Stood and waited and even was polite after waiting 5 minutes without a single person talking to us just staring over the counter. One nice lady said she would be there soon but still stood for another 5. Ended up leaving because it was clear if they didn't wanna take time to talk to their customers, they didn't wanna take time to make our food.

Walked into the restaurant, we were the only ones in line and stood at the counter for 7 minutes and nobody took our order. Three workers kept looking at us and never helped us. We just walked out because they clearly didn’t want our business. Be better.
