Best pizza ever! Worst customer service ever! Employees are rude and condescending. Owner does not care.
Lost 500 points when Peppys cancelled my order because of snow. Called & was told points would automatically reappear. They did not. Called again & requested return call from Jeremy the owner... was assured he would call back. Did he? Nope. Nothing.
I no longer spend my money here.

You make the BEST BLT pizza in Knox County. My family loves it. Our order ales included and X-large, extra cheese pizza which is always a hit. Great job tonight!

First time ordering pizza from Peppy’s in Mt Vernon and it is my husband’s and my new favorite. Perfect pizza topping to crust ratio. Sauce is delicious, they use real cheese. Crust is crisp on edges but soft on middle.
So good.
I've only recently found out about their pizza within the last year or so & I drove by there all the time! Wish I'd've checked in with them sooner because their pizzas are amazing. I love their meat lovers & I like to add mushrooms too, soooo mouth wateringly good!

Order them almost every week just because of the breadsticks. Very friendly delivery drivers. The food is always so fresh and so good.
I walked to the store and this old white lady asked for my id I forgot it at home and walked home and back brung it back then she says it doesn’t look like me I’m the only black family on this street I come up to the store multiple times then she asks for my date of birth how can she say it’s not me it’s clear as day it’s me I’m 35 and she’s acting like I’m an 17 year old she is a racist don’t eat or give your money here
