Absolutely delicious!!

Bye Bye Hog Heaven. Helloooo Willy's. Went here for a late lunch 5/31/25 with some friends, their teen-age son and a grand daughter. The meat just melted in my mouth and so chewy. That's coming from a 70 yr old toothless granny. The cornbread absolutely moist and no butter needed. The portions were just right. Service great and the young man that took our order even recommended what he thought was good. I was so thrilled with the food I got me a cornbread container to go home along with the bread pudding. We will definitely be making more trips from Apple Creek OH to here.

Great food and atmosphere. Got the Big Willy and was not disappointed. Really good can't wait to return and try other menu items.

One of the best, if not THE best, bbq I’ve had. The brisket was super tender the chicken was juicy! Really good bbq is hard to find but this place knocks it out of the park. Also, the blackberry bbq sauce is a must!

So I have been wanting to go here for some time. The staff is incredible, super nice and helpful A++++++. When you go you have a very large amount of seating outside and inside a considerable amount plus a full bar. I had the pulled pork, smoked sausage, baked beans and cheesy potatoes. Everything was scrumdiddlyumptious. After eating a gentleman who was doing the smoking showed me the smoker and some briskets. One of the best restaurant visits. If you live within an hour from here and closer there is no reason you should not try this place.

Good food, nice atmosphere

I’ve lived in Mount Vernon a few years now and just found this gem. The service, wonderful. Atmosphere clean. The sauce was incredible! I’ll be buying some for sure. The meat was perfect— not fatty and not dry. I got the chicken, brisket, mac, beans and banana pudding. Every single thing I ate was scrumptious. I took it to go. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I spent much of my life living in Texas and know good BBQ when I see it. Just walking in and smelling the scents, I knew it was going to be good. We have found a new regular place.

Love the BBQ egg rolls and pulled pork is awesome. Stopped by this weekend and enjoyed the great patio!

Awesome que! Best ribs I've experienced ever. Wife swoons over the brisket and absolutely loves the fries. So much so, we've gone back twice inside of a week! Everything smoked onsite, great staff. We'll worth the 50 minute drive.

Best BBQ in Ohio! Traveled over an hour to try this restaurant and was blown away! Everything we had was wonderful, we will be back to try even more items on the menu. 10/10!!!

Waited 5 mins @the Bar not greeted or asked for help and so I, left. Smelled amazing, but service and I dislike when locals who stare like your a alien.
