Food was not good. Portion size was terrible. Waitress was not friendly. Manager came out and basically did nothing and didn't offer to cover it. I will never be back there.

This was the worst dining experience I've had in 5 years of living in Ohio. Ribeye steak was shoe leather. Ribs were like pork jerky. It took 28 mins to get a drink with the ice mostly melted.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I ordered a well done new york strip through doordash and got a rare steak that i could not eat if you like your meat actually cooked dont order from here im very very disappointed i had to go without dinner thanks to their inability to cook a steak to well done which they offer as an option if i could give 0 stars i definitely would since i wasted over 30 dollars on a steak that is not edible for me

The food quality has really gone downhill, everytime I go the food is always bland and overcooked. We went for lunch today and the steak was overcooked with no seasoning. The service is decent, nothing really to report there. This place used to be good, but I don't recommend it anymore.
Ordered takeout via DoorDash - received wrong order. Tried to call the restaurant, no answer. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Everyone messes up right. Well I got the wrong order again. Still no answer at the restaurant. Someone tell the cook what the difference is between a traditional wing and a boneless wing! Website says to contact the store for order issues. So even if I had ordered directly thru the restaurant I still wound not have been able to fix this cause no one answers the phone.

My husband and I have been there twice now. First time the waitress was insanely rude towards me. Leaning against my husband. Walked away without taking my order at all. She got huffy and snappy when I said I was ready to order. My husbands sandwich was made wrong. Mine was fine. But she dropped my plate in front of me and gently placed his in front of him. Second time was last Friday. We were in there with a large group for a wedding party. The manager was over baring. My husband once again ordered a burger. A smash burger and after over an hour and a half wait his burger came out raw, bloody and cold. My chicken in my pasta was dry. I was asked if I wanted another bud light to which I replied yes. It was never brought out. I have never been so disgusted with the service of a restaurant. You need to do better. I wish I could give 0 stars

Restaurant was top shelf all across the board, but corporate stiffed us on $50 gift cards. Local MGMT is taking care of us. I do Not recommend gift cards. There are only two left within 120 miles of our house while website lists several within an hour drive. Holding company I prefume. If you are close to Mt. Vernon property their staff is outstanding.
