Starbucks has a staff that can be very friendly and nice, especially to kids. The staff at one location, inside Kroger, is particularly good at correcting mistakes and providing value for money. However, some customers have experienced rude service and incorrect orders, particularly at the drive-thru. The staff can make great drinks, such as a cold creamy sweet Caffeine drink and a cherry cordial drink.
