I would like to say that the majority of the employees that work at this location are amazing and make wonderful beverages. There are a few that don't seem to care about how you would like your drink made, whereas, the rest are awesome about making it exactly how you ask for it. But I do have to say, this past week I've gone in every day and I ordered the same thing which is, the caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and extra brunch and this entire week I've had to have my drink without the crunch. Now how do you make a caramel ribbon crunch without the crunch? I know, you run out and have a manager that doesn't care and does nothing too try to get that item in so that one of the most popular drinks on your menu are made properly and the customers leave satisfied every time! It's obvious this manager doesn't care because there's a location 30 blocks away that she could borrow from and give back to once they get the item in. But it's painfully obvious that she could care less about the customer's experience, otherwise, she would do whatever it took to make sure that the customers are always left feeling happy!!!! I wasn't the biggest fan of the last manager but, she always made sure that the customers are taken care of. If this is in the indication of the type of manager that she is, then I say it's time for a new manager! This whole situation falls solely on her shoulders and she's chosen to ignore it and not really give a care in the world. In closing I would like to say that for the most part the employees all deserve five stars, there are a couple that deserve maybe a two but, the manager absolutely without question doesn't deserve any stars as a matter of fact, if I could I'd take away Oliver stars and send her off to another location!

Every single person in that staff and then by listening here, they’ve been my friend and they’re definitely sometimes my family they even after work and I appreciate them all, especially but I commit to changing my drink after a decade. Randomly mage she makes completely all my change that she made amazing cold creamy sweet Caffeine jacked up drink. And this evening, the young lady who made my drink I’ll come up with a drink that is cherry cordial like the ice cream that is Levi drink right now he knows not paid for I created it. That’s fine if you sell it I wanna penny off of every single fluid ounce, sold Please and thank you. It will all go to the contribution of my four step kids who want their mother to a drug driver and if not, anybody who does order it and you’re welcome.

Sometimes I come in and have no issues but most of the time my drinks are either made incorrectly or I’m rushed to order like today. The staff member(male) on drive thru was rushing me to order only two drinks! Very upsetting! He was rude and I think I’ll switch to Tim Hortons down the road if this is the continued service I’m receiving. The women on drive thru was very polite and nice!

Just wasted $13 on a pick up order because they closed the lobby on a Saturday and I wasn't going through a 20 minute line just to pick it up.
