I've been dogsitting at my parents house for a week been really craving a frap but you're never doing delivery on Uber eats you may as well take your store off instead of having my hopes up that I might be able to order coffee.

Glacially slow service
I will not be going back to this location. The past 3 days in a row they have continued to make my drink wrong. When I notify them the driveway know that it's not made right, not the way I ordered it and not the way I paid extra to get it, they just say sorry and close the drive-thru window. Instead of doing what they should be doing and offering to make it again, the right way!!!! Then I call in to speak with the manager or to leave a message for the manager is more like it, and Ayla hung up on me. I believe that that act of rudeness and disrespect warrants a call to there corporate offices to voice a complaint and Ayla will be a part of that complaint. At least before I didn't know who was making my drink wrong so I couldn't give names but now since Ayla likes to hang up on people, I have her name because she provided it when she answered the phone! Not a very smart thing to do! Speaks volumes when management should be concerned but yet, not only did they obviously not care but, I never received that returned phone call and I'm still waiting. You know what they say, good thing I didn't hold my breath!

Stopped in for a frappacino. Told they were out of their frap base but they could make it with espresso for an upcharge. That seemed ridiculous. Obviously, we left without ordering

Just went here and they did not make even 1 of our drinks well. None of them taste like they should. They also messed up one of the sizes and we kindly said we ordered a different size and that is what they charged us for, and the person at the window just stood there staring at the screen.
Mildly disappointed, I’m not one for leaving rude reviews so I won’t be rude. But the barista who took my order at about 10:40am Tuesday June 3rd at the Mount Vernon drive through would not let me finish my order and my coffee was made incorrectly because I have a specific drink I get. I typically only get Starbucks in new Albany before work but I had time this morning to swing through the one by my house. I barely got my order done and she submitted my order. I WASNT FINISHED ordering… I didn’t have time to rant or say anything as I was going to be late to work. But it would be greatly appreciated if someone told her to let customers finish their orders. I’m always kind and use manners and let them know when I’m finished. I don’t think I’ll return to this location because it’s every single time my order is rushed and wrong.
Angie is generally working the drive thru when I come through and she is just so sweet and kind! Would definitely pick this Starbucks just for her customer service!

The Starbucks on Coshocton Ave in Mt Vernon is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been in......the staff is super disrespectful....... every single one......I feel disrespected every time I walk thru that door........no smiles from anyone!!!!!...... never again will I go there!!!!!! I should be able to pick upy order comfortably.....not have anxiety every time I go there!!!!
This very disappointing. I frequent Starbucks a lot as does my husband. Today I went through and got a drink. I was able to tip and even apologized for not being able to. The barista or cashier (in the drive thru) drew a sad face on my cup. This really bothered me.
What if I was going through something or having a bad day? What if I had some serious thoughts in my head and this was the final straw. I do not but what if?
I have been going through a lot lately but I am being strong.
I feel that if they are going to write on a cup it should always be something positive! Don’t write something that could hurt some or their feelings.

Seems lately when I get my drink(iced brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso) I’m not getting the proper amount of espresso that I’m paying for. Supposed to be four shots in it. I used to buy an extra shot to put in it but the last few times I haven’t been getting what I pay for. This drink taste like pure milk. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would do it. I’m not sure what’s changed in the last couple months, management, employees that have no knowledge. Something is going on. 🤷🏻♀️ I’ll just stick to Dunkin’ from now on

Employees to busy talking to each other about personal issues too make the coffee correct and get people out the door in an orderly fasion
