In the middle of a heat wave and a tornado knocking out power, they were there for us. Air conditioning and phone charging with a pleasant attitude and great coffee.
I love my local establishment. They have never gotten my order wrong and are always pleasant.

I really hate giving a bad review for a starbucks, but this one needs it. Not only have I waited obscene amount of times for my coffee, but the bathroom is absolutely nasty. Probably hasnt been cleaned in days or weeks. I highly recommend going to a different one. 🙄

We were waiting and noticed that our drinks were ready and reached to the back of the counter where all of them were. Then, one of the baristas rudely told us to not reach over the counter. All I’m saying it could have been said a lot nicer. In addition, one of our drink orders was made completely wrong but we did not go back because of the terrible encounter we had prior.

I don’t know what these employees are on ( ? ) but they’re always so cheerful when I order either in the drive thru or in the store. They really put a smile on my face. Chai Tea is amazing! Keep it up, yall!
The staff here all work so well together and handle the pressure of sales or midday it morning rushes, very well. They all smile and have a greeting. And they all allow me to vent out stresses and hard aches. They have listening ears, honest feed back, empathetic hearts. And because of the random conversations and relaxed atmosphere. I’ve been able to have one of them, even help me on really hard days. They give me a therapy session in one way or another, and helps me keep going. Since the loss of my wife and kids, this staff, are my only, good morning, drive safe, have a good day, Type statements are some small things I miss. And they never let me leave without a simple statement of sincerity, they care about their product and the customer. You can’t get that ordering online. The longer I have to wait, the better. I get to talk and listen, and make the day a lot brighter. Thank you, to each and everyone of you. Genuine smiles every time ???? for those about to rock, I salute you???thank y’all
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sure, safe clean area and room, even when it’s busy in there. It’s still open enough to not lose a kid in the crowd lol.
I could have gone thru the drive thru twice waiting for my drink that long just to sit in side. They didn't do light ice and didn't mix syrup in my drink because it was at the bottom. There is no personal interaction with employees. The music is not that great what you could hear over one of the crew members being so loud telling about his life story and I sat in back.
