The kid who made my sub had shoulder length hair no hair net hat on but hair was in face. He made 3 subs for 3 different people and was running the cash register touching money and change and NEVER once changed his gloves in between three people. It was disgusting I didn't even end up eating my sandwich I threw it away! When I called and let the manager know she said she would talk to him about it!. He was a very nice kid but that is unexcusable and disgusting!! Who is training?? That is the number one thing in food service. Always wash hands and change gloves!!!!

Let's start with your employees should not be playing Tag through the store, running in and out the doors while customers are there. Next the girl who was running the closing shift was the one playing tag. I stood at the counter with my son( no other customers in the store) and waiting for atleast 3-4 minutes waiting on the manager to stop distracting your other employees to make my order. At this point I witnessed the most unprofessional language and disruption in a restaurant I have ever seen. At this point as the customer I felt uncomfortable even watching her actions and words. I spoke little while just hoping to get my food and leave. The night shift manager is a liability to your business and I hope you take action before it affects your business. The younger gentleman working( who is new) tried very hard to stay focused on his job kept his head down in disgrace with how the manager was speaking and acting. Worst customer and shift manager experience I have ever seen. With that being said I will not be back to eat there when that manager is on duty.

To hear the way this store has gone downhill, and the fact that you now allow employees to sit on the phone while on clock their whole shift so their girlfriend can tell them how to do their job? All while getting in a customers face, as well. Honestly, this store doesn't deserve to stay open. Hopefully you decide to cycle out some choice, RUDE employees.
