How hard is it to make a sub when the sub was ordered online and it was marked as TOASTED for both of the subs on the order? One sub was made the way it was supposed to be as in it was TOASTED and the cheese was melted. I opened up my sub and low and behold my bread was not crispy like it should have been and my cheese was not melted. Its pretty bad when you have to warm your own sub up in the microwave because someone could not pay attention to a sub being TOASTED and my cheese melted. I am not sorry for being weird and I like my cheese being melted when I have it on a sandwich. This location was already my least favorite place to go to and from now on I will make sure that any food I order from subway with be at one of the other locations. THANKS FOR SCREWING UP MY LUNCH!!!!!!! If I could give you less then a star I would!

Picked up a sub for my mom after she had an appointment at KCH. Shop wasn't busy and the woman working was super pleasant. Mom loved the sandwich that was made for her. Thank you!!

They completely messed up my order placed through door dash. I ordered a footlong steak sub, a 6in chicken bacon ranch, a cookie and two drinks. What I got was a footlong sub with only lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and mayo and a six inch steak and cheese. No cookie, nor my drinks arrived. After I called back in and let them know the errors it was ultimately fixed but my subs were still cold the second time around. I would not order from subway through door dash, it would be easier to go yourself to guarantee its made correctly right in front of you. Nothing against door dash, I order through them quite often, just better to be safe than sorry like I was!

Mobile orders placed early are usually not ready at the pick up time. Crew is understaffed

Took forever to get waited on. She was messing with bags. She changed for gloves making the sandwich for the lady in front of. She couldn't get the gloves on so she liked her fingers to open gloves. When making my sandwich she tried putting on half the meat. Then she closed the register with out giving me my change. She played around with it .and finally called someone for help. What a trip.

Walked in and there was a customer in front of us waiting to order. The lady said the person in back knew she was there but hasn't come out yet. While we were waiting two girls came from outside and wanted to know if we had been helped. We said no. After about 10 minutes the girl came from the back and didn't bother helping us just walked right on by. The other two girls did take our order and was nice. If I would have known it was going to take that long I would have went somewhere else.

They would not give me the correct portion of meat on my wrap. Pointed out on the menu it says 'footlong portion'. They still refused. False advertising.

The lady that made my pizza had no idea how to make it. I got two of the same pizzas and both had completely different portion sizes on them and then I asked her to put veggies on before the toasted them and She didn’t listen. Plus low staffed.

I received a coupon for Subway for donating blood at one of the businesses in Mount Vernon. When I went to check out at this Subway, they refused to honor it since the coupon was for Subways in the greater Columbus area. Granted they might not have been a "participating Subway", but the employees were rude about it and short, and definitely not customer friendly. Since we were the only people in line, it's not like I was holding up the line requesting to use a coupon. Talk about customer service. The only other time I've been here, they were out of one of the newly advertised special sandwiches, and there wasn't even anyone else there! I'm done with this location.

5/6/20 pm. Girl makingsandwiches was wearing a mask, however, she had her long hair pulled up into a pony tail off to one side. Everytime she bent over to work on a sandwich it would swing out over all the food, then she would flip it back and it would swing out over the food again. Watched this happen over and over while waiting on the three customers in line. I thought this was pretty disgusting and that she should have had it tucked inside of a hat or hairnet. Also, she was the only one working in the store. Clearly not enough help on staff to service customers properly.

We stopped on a Sunday afternoon. there was one guy working with his hair hanging onto his face with no attempt at containing his hair. Not at all hygienic. He was the only one working so we waited probably 30 minutes for a simple sandwich.
