The staff did not know what they had, did not know what we had ordered, and spent more time playing grab ass then working. We waited 15 min for food we didn't order. No biscuits, no hashbrowns, couldn't figure our what doughnuts we wanted. Horrible.

I went to this location on Saturday 12/20/2025. I got in the drive through around 9:35 am and they took my order at 9:45ish. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and was told to pull around to the front railing and they would bring my order to my car. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to go in and ask about my order. They had forgotten about the order and had no idea what I was waiting for. After waiting even longer I got one of the two sandwiches at 10:15.

I am obsessed with ice caps. So I have tried many different places that sell them to see which is my favorite. Tim Hortons is hands down, by far ranked as my #1! I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else! Beats Starbucks any day!!

We've been coming to these Tim Hortons for the past fifteen years and always had the best of services.
Decided latley that we wouldn't be back, however.
The morning crew here can not seem to get anything right. Between donuts that looked like they were weeks old and hard, my last order, to this time, opened my donuts up and got a random bacon biscuit sandwich. Not nearly enough powder in French vanilla cappuccino, watery.
Wife used to manage Tim Hortons, this one specifically, so we know the expectations, and this store no longer hits them. Between poor quality food and wrong orders, we won't be back. I am wondering if the ownership has changed over the years because The Hills wouldn't have stood for such low quality nonsense.

The people working there totally ignored us. There was a gentleman that was there before us and he just left, not one of the workers even acknowledged him standing there. My son asked then if anyone was going to help us. They were rude and the service was just terrible. Never going back and I recommend noone goes there if you are in a hurry. I wish I could give zero stars.
It's great unless you want a shot of espresso an hour before they close. I was told it's in the middle of being cleaned at 6:15

I'm not sure what's been going on here but everything has gone to pieces. Just this morning I order a large French Vanilla Cappacnino with no whip and an Everything Bagel toasted with butter. Not only did I get the wrong size half the cup was filled with whip and the bagel was burnt. This place used to be great but over time it's consistent mistake after mistake

The establishment located on Coshocton Avenue is not one I would recommend. I experienced a wait of twenty minutes for a medium coffee and a ham and cheese sandwich. The cheese on my sandwich was insufficiently melted, and the ham was served cold. Additionally, the coffee was warm rather than hot. Felt rushed even though there was nobody in the dining room or drive-through
