I've went through this location on many separate occasions. This place isn't up to the standards that it should be ran at. I order the same thing Mocha Cream Cold brew every time at this location and it ALWAYS: tastes different, was put in a different cup went from 16 oz to a 24 oz cup, and staff doesn't seemed trained. 6 people in a drive thru window doesn't seem smart. Especially when only one is working

I love coming here with my dog. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. My dog loves their pup cups. They put a donut hole on the pup cup for free.

They only stay open until 7 but they should just close early because they don't have any food or drinks available. "The machine is down for the day" or "we don't have any left" are the only things I've been able to get from this store.

The food here always tastes really good, and actually has flavor unlike any of the other fast food around town and also has that homemade taste to it. And no matter how long the line is they are so quick with getting your food and drinks out to you. Today I tried a breakfast wrap 10/10

My wife and I stopped here about a week ago and got our food quickly, window person was friendly. My wife's meal wasn't the right one that we ordered, but halfway through our meal- I found what seemed to be a foot long gray hair wrapped throughout my burrito. Disgusted, I went inside to get a refund and was met with a bunch of younger employees shouting as I came in about how funny it was they had a complaint. Then the manager offered to remake our food. Um, no thanks- you clearly don't practice good hygiene behavior at the Mt Vernon location.

If there's a Tim Horton's, I'll be there. This morning I got 20 TimBits to share, two Boston Cremes for myself and a large black coffee to go. Still the best tasting treats around, and this location doesn't disappoint. Quick, fast drive through service from the denizens of Mt Vernon, OH. Thank you for the delicious goodies!

I'd like to review higher, because out of the big 3 coffee chains this is becoming my favorite. But I was not pleased at all with the service. After attempting to hand me some ice filled thing instead of coffee from the window the cashier rolled her eyes at me and had me wait out front for 10 minutes to get my order.
As an avid lover of honey, crueler donuts from Tim Hortons, this morning, I decided to go through the newer Tim Hortons near Burger King in Mount Vernon, Ohio..what a mistake that was, this is the worst batch of honey crueler donuts I have ever had and I always order honey cruller donuts & have for years..this half dozen box of honey crawlers is dry with no glaze and taste like they are at least a day old.. shame on you for allowing your employees to give out old donuts instead of making fresh and applying glaze.If you’re on this side of town, I recommend going to the little grocery store and getting a fresh doughnut . Would like my 8 dollars back because in order to eat these, I’m going to have to make my own glaze and stick them in the microwave so they’re soft .. Wow completely unacceptable. Sarah Mickley

Ordered a BLT- said they were out of the regular bread so they substituted it, which is fine but when I got home it only had bacon and tomatoes on it. This is seriously so unacceptable. How hard is it to put the normal things on a sandwich. Who thought that this was good enough? Really glad I spent $9 for a meal and this is my sandwich. Do better.
